    Hotel located good ambiance rooms, Wi-Fi are good but restrooms are smelly. Cab driver didn’t get permit before trip and he used mobile while driving. Site seeing he tried to show all places that’s good. Enjoyed lot

    The Elephant Route hotel present in Thekkady is not a good option, room was good but the things present in the room were not good, like shower, WiFi. Also the driver is not suggesting us which place we can go or at what time we should leave the place to reach on another place. Overall Ok experience,
    it could be much more better.

    All the services are excellent. But from station to munnar cab arrangement was not correct instead sending 6 +1 members cab they sent 4 members cab ..so we have to wait in station for 2 hours until next calb arranged which was annoying. But hotel arrangement was excellent. Thanks Sundar
