              The worst experience in this tour was our stay in Bethal Varkis. It was very bad choice. I have no words to criticize this. Starting from very poor staff service (we were waiting for TV remote up to time we left this hotel despite of reminders… and finally we tired and let it go), very bad dinner food experience, this has very bad location (Being far away from Munnar swept away our all precious time. This consumed 2 hour in morning and 2 hour in evening every day. And from Munnar we need to come to Bethal Varkis before 7.00PM every day because of wild elephant zone in between). After check-out from this hotel, it took 8hr reaching Alleppey (including on way breakfast and big road jam) and this again spoiled our tour on next destination i.e. Houseboat (Because we checked-in in alleppey at 5:00PM and this was the closure time of boat riding, so we stayed onto a stagnant boat throughout night). In nut-shell, booking with this hotel ruined our all tour itinery and derailed all plans. So please please please never book with this hotel, Bethal Varkis. The good thing in our tour was Cab Driver. The way he did his job is really appreciable. Somehow he managed to make us feel good by extra compensatory sight seen and valuable guidance. Atlas Airport Hotel in Cochin was very good choice. Sightseen in Munnar were breathtaking and awesome. The staff at Houseboat in alleppey was very nice. Very delicious food and friendly captain needs appreciation.

              We spent 60% of our trip in travel... As the hotels are far away from city... And the travel agent haven't intimate about this.... And worst thing S the boathouse...we haven't spent whole night in that but they charged 4000 for that... Others like hotels.. Cottages were good Regarding the house boat.... It's very bad and a old house boat... The travel agent haven't book as per our expectation...

              The travel guide cum driver was excellent Mr. Rajagopal. We were disappointed with house boat, there were bed bugs and our kid was bitten, got rashes. The fan was not working in the boat. Apart from that, Munnar trip was amazing.

              MM Travels have given best quote among others , Mr.Sahil was very supportive , However there was slight deviation from their commitment as early check in was not available as promised by MM travels , They have arranged a very good cab & driver was easy going guy & friendly . The stay in both the hotels were good & food was also good , My plan was to reach cochin early morning by 3am & visit munnar 2days , then one day to Thekkady & next day to cochin & catch train by night , Request everyone to plan minimum 3 days in Munnar itself or can stay for 4 days in Munnar to avoid loss of time during travelling from munnar to thekkady (4hrs) & Thekkady to cochin(6hrs) - There are very good places in Munnar itself for 4 days to see, Places to see in Munnar - Jeep safari (Rs.4K for one jeep) , speed boat, tea museum, tea factory , tea plantations , nature all around munnar , Eravikulam Nation park is must watch ,Kathakali & Kalari Fight too can be watched in Munnar itself , pls avoid wonder land & dream land which are theme parks only which are available in our city itself , In Thekkady also we have kathakali & Kalari fight , Jeep safari also available ,Elephant Ride , Kindly avoid going for back waters boating in cochin which is shear waste of money - Since I have reached cochin by 3am , we could not visit few places on the way to munnar like Vaplara, Cheeyappara waterfalls , request everyone to plan to reach by 7am or 8am in cochin by train or flight - Overall its an experience in lifetime to see the nature around us & sherish the memories - Humble request to MM travels to suggest (advice firmly) customers to plan properly to enjoy 100% of the trip instead of giving quote as per customer plan.               *Good travel plan prepared by Mr.Muralee, tourassociate.com *cab driver Mr.shinoj very friendly,informative excellent service, dedication and keep in time always. *wind munnar nice place to stay and excellent viewing, somewhat interior to munnar but we really enjoyed alot. Good staff providing excellent service. *In wind munnar cottage provides excellent complementary breakfast and Paid dishes also good taste with reasonable rates. *Unfortunately houseboat under maintanance on that time so 4 Hrs delay, they convinced us to provide 3hrs extra, we refused becoz of our other plan is also in quee, good looking houseboat and nice staff, but bathing water is not so good(bad smell), Veg and chicken curry awesome but mentioned Fish fry not provided is small dissapointment. *Totally we enjoyed, thanks to Travel triangle and all of your partners. *nice plan *Friendly driver *Wind munnar -Good place for stay-Nice breakfast- excellent staff behaviour

              Frankly saying the experience we had with Travel Triangle was not fair. The resort which arranged for us was good, the food and the ambiance and the staff behavior was good. The allocated resort was deep from the main city as a result of that we are unable to catch up with any shops to avail for any items that we wished to determine for. You team should have suggested us or informed earlier about the resort located which is far from the main city or main roads in terms of Kilometers. Additionally to this – In Honeymoon package as assured the chocolates are not provided. There is no proper guidance from you people about all the sightseeing places. At-least a brochure or guidance content file should have provided as tips for us to reach the desired places of our choice. Always we are in a point to seek cab driver help and we need to ask him again and again about the sightseeing places and he is not in a good rapport with us and he hesitate to take to many places. We with our own interest googled some places and requested the cab driver to drop to the requested location. He is not talkative and he always accompany to his friends whichever place we visit. He drops in one place and asked us to come to some other point to board the cab. He spoke in a rude way to us and saying about his shift timings and all. He stated as your Malayalaee people I am taking you to places or if any Hindi language people he would have left as it. [Note: Cab Driver Name: Prakash – Mobile # 8921612544]. Most upsetting part is – on departure day to Chennai [Dated: April 23 2019 – Tuesday] our flight is at 8:00 AM and we need to reach the airport on or before 07:00 AM. But the cab driver reached the resort [The Classik Fort Hotel] by 6.35 AM post we called him several times in panic condition and he coming leisurely and dropped us in Airport through rash driving. Hope your team objective is to make the trip visitors to enjoy the trip and as well as the visitors to promote your organization to other colleagues. Kindly filter this kind of unhealthy service from your end and make the visitors to feel good and heartfelt in your service. Frankly saying - In future I need to think twice to opt for TRAVEL TRIANGLE.
