                Took a 6 day Tour to Shimla Kullu Manali from Delhi. Had a great experience right from planning the trip till the end, great Staff who responded well for every query. The assigned driver was also very punctual and friendly and also explained about all the places well. Stay in Sunrise villa in Shimla was the best. The itinerary was great and were able to cover most of the important tourist attractions. Food aranged in the hotel was also good. Overall except the stay in Manali in Tanglewood villa which could have better considering the options available in Manali it was a wholesome trip!!! Cab driver rajesh kumar ji is also gud driver cum gud guide.manali hotel out town is also gud food is also good in out town.shimla hotel pine tree is not up to the mark. Very very far from shimla city, not possible to find alone.food is also average but rooms r gud.there is no proper road to reach hotel.rest is ok. Nice trip , nice plan by guruji travels. Next time also we make trip with guruji n travel triangle.

                I would like to take this opportunity to give feedback about the honeymoon trip i booked on behalf of my brother. I booked Shimla and Manali Honeymoon package for my brother and his wife through Travel Triangle(Travel & Time).                 tour is well coordinated by the agent and agent has communicated with me regularly for any issues and clarifications and she is very approachable. only thing that made me unhappy is that they have wasted my day by giving a wrong distance to the driver for some place and driver denied me taking there and they give me some other place which is not even worst visiting. except for that day all the tour is very good and I enjoyed and I thank the agent for planning this well.

                Hi, The trip was good. The stay at shimla in honeymoon inn was more than expected. The cab pickup and drop was on time. The cab driver was driving rash. The drive was not comfortable. We had to be attentive all the time, as we had no idea when our driver will apply brake. The drive was like a roller coaster ride. The quote given to me had air conditioned car, but the AC was on only for 10% of the total journey. The driver refused to switch on the AC, even when my wife was not feeling well, she vomitted 3 times, while traveling from shimla to manali. The driver used to take us to the spots and adventure stall which were costly. Instead of helping us to select package at actual rates, the driver would suggest us to take a costly adventure package for his commission, saying this are union rates and fixed. This was not at all expected. The next stay at manali in snow flakes resort was disppointing. The stay was booked with breakfast and dinner. We got buffet dinner only on first day and for the next two days we were told to have a-la-carte with a excuse of not having enough people for buffet, even though we paid for the buffet dinner. The options available for a-la-carte were limited to us, due to which we couldn't enjoy our dinner. I felt like being cheated here. The stay at Chandigarh in Ramada Plaza was awesome, 5 Star from me. The food and hospitality was excellent. The travel agent assure trips and the car driver were not on the same page, when it comes to site seeing. The driver used to plan site seeing as per his convenience. The plan mentioned in the quotation was not followed. Overall the trip was below average even after paying so much.
