                            A Eight-day & Seven-night trip in Gujarat covering Dwarka, Somnath, Diu, Sasan Gir, Ahmedabad which was possible and was enjoyed to it's maximum extent, thanks to Inland Tourways, Ahmedabad. Tour was organized well by Charan, he was very polite in guiding in covering all the important places. Arranged the stays in best possible hotels which were very helpful. Arranged Driver (Dinesh Bhai) was also very helpful and kind. Guided us to visit all required places on time. Was there for us on anytime we called me. He picked us up from Jamnagar Airport and stayed by our side till we boarded our train for the return trip in Ahmedabad.

I would like to add on this that agent has to take feedback from the guest during the tour as well in order to improve the services. Further, the hotel staff at Heritage Hotel at Somnath were not professional and do not have the good etiquettes while dealing with the guests.

                            The travel agent Vikas is inexperienced. He made the trip very hectic. His choice of hotels was not good e.g vadodra hotel was smaller than a oyo rooms pathetic condition. We paid for 3 star hotels some were good some were pathetic. Shivam the driver was too good. Well mannered kid. Although we face problems coz of hectic schedule we enjoyed gujrat apart from the stay.

                            The trip overall was nice. The cab driver was good and communicated in a nice way. The hotels were mostly good. There was only one issue where the hotel in Vadodara did not have facility for driver to sleep at night. Otherwise we enjoyed the trip!! Since we were travelling by road for most of the trip, a better time management was needed. The times mentioned in the itinerary were not appropriate which lead to different expectations.
