Unfortunately there is no airport in Ajmer. People who wish to travel to Ajmer by flight or are traveling from far away places nee

d to land at Sanganer Airport which is 135 km from the city of Ajmer. If traveling by taxi then it would cost you somewhere between 1500 INR to 2000 INR which depends on how much you negotiate with the driver. Non-stop flights for Jaipur can be taken from cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata like SpiceJet, AirIndia, Air India etc.

Ajmer by train is a good option for those who are on a budget and do not like to spend much money on traveling. There is a good ra

il network between Ajmer and cities like Delhi, Jaipur, Udaipur, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Mumbai etc. Ajmer has its own railway station called the Ajmer Railway Junction. Trains like Ajmer Shatabdi and Ajmer Rajdhani run on Ajmer route on a regular basis.

Ajmer by road is also a great option as it is very well connected with other cities in India via highways and good-conditioned roa

ds. Jaipur to Ajmer is 130.8 km and it takes around 2.5 hours to reach while from Delhi it is approx. 400 km and it will take around 7 to 8 hours. Volvo, AC and state buses are available to Ajmer from other cities of India.

Onkar's 7 days trip to Ajmer

I am so glad to inform you that we had a wonderful family time in Rajasthan. A very special thanks to Preeti Sharma ji for arranging everything immaculately. This was our first trip after 3 years so we all were extremely excited. Our trip itinerary was Jaipur - Jodhpur - Jaisalmer - Udaipur. Almost all the hotel accommodations and the travel arrangements were extremely precise and apt, adhering to all our requirements. Preeti ji is especially exceptional as she knows what she is doing and is an expert in it. She gave some valuable suggestions and tips too for our trip. We would love to book another trip through back to holidays soon. Please keep up the good work you are doing. A heartfelt thank you once again for the lovely time we were able to spend because of you. Richa Deshpande. .

Jknairkerla's 5 days trip to Ajmer

It was a wonderful trip and excellent support from Mr Chanchal Hadda. Swaroop Vilas Hotel in Udaipur was good. But not really Lakefacing. It overlooks tha connecting portion between Pichola lake and one more lake. This portion is narrow and dirty, Lakefacing is not worth it. Chacha Inn was again a wonderful stay with excellent service and ambience. Thanks
