    We are overall happy with the knowledge and experience we had but just to highlight few points..Cheaper hotels were suggested initially. Travel agent arranged the itinerary well however we realised improvements could have been done after discussing with local guides for a better personalized experience. Car and driver were very good. First stay was great . Second hotel stay was very horrible. Third resort stay was good but they didn't have a good breakfast options for vegetarian people. All in all experience was a 7 by 10.     Bad things: The hotel we stayed in Kuta was not that good. Water sports booked were not good. Complementary lunch provided in Nusa penida was really bad. There was slight miscommunication with the driver regarding his pickup and drop to Nusa penida. Good things: Customer service by the travel agency was really good.
