Khao San Road is situated in central Bangkok and is a 1 km long stretch with shops, hotels, bars, massage parlours, and kiosks lining both sides of the road. I recently had a family vacay in Thailand which I planned through Tripoholic and while most of it went well, it could have been better. I had taken time out to plan an itinerary with Tripoholic, but on the date of travel just as we were headed to the airport I got a Travel Voucher in which the schedules were bungled up and I verbally stated that so long as there is no deviation in the printed and mutually agreed itinerary shared earlier, I am ok with the trip. But certain things didn't go as expected, such as scuba diving. Thankfully, a local tour agent there helped optimize the trip for us. My suggestions would be giving a visual/video idea to a customer of what to expect from an agree itinerary. Otherwise the trip was fine.
