Additionally, I was disappointed by the lack of clarity regarding the floating breakfast at Pondok. It was promised in the itinerary but was not provided during our visit. This could be attributed to miscommunication or perhaps a misunderstanding in the itinerary description. Regardless, it left a negative impression and fell short of our expectations. In conclusion, while there were areas for improvement, overall, the trip was enjoyable, thanks to the well-planned itinerary and smooth logistics. I hope that future trips organized by your agency will address these concerns to provide an even more satisfying experience for travelers.
