e may have had & ensured proper pick up & plan for next day was shared in good time. The pickup and drop to the airports was very well coordinated. All the hotel accommodations were strategically placed as per our requirements. The rooms were great & very clean. The staff was very cordial & cheerful. She advised and provided the best options in Nubra & Pangong which had the much needed heating and ample hot water supplies. It was ensured that we get proper vegetarian options at all hotels.. Worth the money spent. There was a local trip coordinator Mr Gyalson in Leh who provides all support needed during the trip. He helped arrange portable oxygen cylinder on daily rent for us to carry to Nubra / Pangong incase of emergency. Our driver Mr. Stanzin was experienced, accomodating, very polite and informative person who suggested how to maximize the time we had at every location. He was like a personal guide through the journey. Our vacation was a huge success given the meticulous planning from Ms.Shefali who answered a ton of questions we had as we went through the planning exercise !!
