It was nice experience but travel agent was not planed well. We are visit first time in bali, obviously we don’t know everything but he knows very well. He doesn’t made proper timetable. As per our plan its show only one leisure day but after that we found two leisure day but I don’t have problems that day but this day we doesn’t get hotel we have to wait 5-6 hours in hotel lobby in 30 degree temperature. I still have worried about that i reached there 9 o clock then why agent hotel booked 2:00 o clock. I text him (agent). He argued back i told them many time but he still told me same answers and after that stopped answering. I hope you understand my situation. If you want to know more about problems that we are facing do not hassitate to get back to me Our best memories is snorkeling , hotel golden tulips and waterfall. Oh yes I forgot Sudi. He is best guide i have never seen that kind of human beings.

Overall well managed by Globalskyways team. Their Founder Ms Anjali was easily accessible even during the overseas trip and helped clarify many matters related to payments etc. The package was well structured to fit our budget. A few points of feedback that I had given which could be considered: 1. Have each day spent constructively. There was a day which went away in travel. There were 2 days where the program got over by noon - the 2nd half was spent idly. Having spent so much money to go there; one would have wanted to do some activities. 2. Stress on vegetarian food to be more focused. Even Breakfast, though part of the package, had limited variety. And the thinking was that eggs/shrimps are vegetarian! We had to clarify! We filled our tummies with bread and some sauted vegetables. Easily the menu could have included fresh fruits, yoghurt and a few bakery items like croissants, muffins etc. 3. Hotels should always be chosen in locations that are close to busy areas so one can go out on own and do some local shopping; search out vegetarian restaurants etc. Having hotels in remote areas and with associated language problem it becomes a real issue.

Reena has been very helpful throughout the journey. Driver was very co operative and soft spoken. Hotels were good but only problem is to point of contact. Tour planner executive is here in India, travel triangle doesn't bother once they receive full payment and local executive doesn't know anything. She just know that we are on a trip with them. We dont know whom to connect at the time of emergency. Need to improve communication among everyone and travel triangle must take some responsibilities rather than just collecting money from clients. Gili island was the best of your journey. Also faced some problem there. But overall trip was good

My trip to Bali was for 9 days. Overall it was good but it could've been better if little effort would've been put from Agent. Writing this review and I have all the proofs for whatever I am saying in this review. Read this before you choose Befikre Ghoomo as your travel planner. Better part : 1.Driver : Driver was good and had knowledge about all the places. He behavior was good. 2.Vehicle : The vehicle was good and clean. 3.Candle Light Dinner : This was the best part. The cabana setup candle light dinner at Golden Tulip was good. 4.Hotels : Hotels were good and staff and food was good. 5. Snorkeling : Snorkeling experience was good and is recommended. Parts which were not that Good: 1. Nusa Penida day tour. : Day not planned well. Did not get time for Angel and Broken beach. Nusa Penida Driver wasn't aware about anything, whether Snorkeling location, process or time required. Neither the agent was aware of the time it would take for different activites in Nuda penida 2. Watersports Experience : Agent charged money for watersports but did not tell about the frequency of the activities. We were given only 1-2 mins for each activity while the lowest time for any activity was 15 mins as per price card mentioned at the activity site. Agent did not tell us about this while making the booking. NOWHERE it was mentioned or discussed. Agent had it's own version of watersport activities timing which was not even mentioned at the site of the activity. 3. Uluwatu Sunset tour planning. : Watersports was completed within 1.5 hours and we were free by 12 afternoon. The next thing was Uluwatu sunset tour which was supposed to be visited during sunset. However, we were forced to be dropped at 12 afternoon for Uluwatu sunset tour. We requested to go to Hotel and then go for sunset tour in evening but Agent argued and forced that we can't go to hotel. Bad Part : Agent itself : Agent did not connect a single time during the trip. He assumed that everything might be going best and did not put effort to connect at least once to check if everything is going good. Agent did not care about the experience but was only focused on payment. Agent will tell 1000 things that they have office in Bali, they frequently travel but don't trust them. They don't have any knowledge about Bali. Gaurav and Mahesh planned the trip, while Mahesh had little knowledge but Gaurav had no clue of anything in Bali. While you read this review and they tell you that there are a lot of good review as well. But trust me, you could be the one who doesn't get the expected experience. . Don't take risk and choose a better travel agency but definitely go to Bali. The place is amazing.

We booked our Bali trip with Travel agent Travelope through Travel Triangle. Our experience was good. About our travel coordinators - Ronak, Prachi and Gusti all of them were very approachable and available. They were just a phone call away to guide us before and during our trip. We provided our requirement to them and they had curated the arrangements accordingly. All the hotels that were included were excellent. We were impressed with the locations of our stay, the hotel properties and its amenities, food and staff. We were provided with a local SIM card on arrival which was very helpful. Also, the inclusions like Bali Swing at Cretya, Candle Light Dinner at Jimbaran and Hotel Room Decorations were cherry on top. Transfers were very comfortable and seamless. Gusti sir did a great job by providing us with a driver who was well aware of all the places. Our driver uncle was as good as a tour guide. He acquainted us about the Balinese culture, it's traditions and religious values. He accompanied us at all places and suggested us good restaurants for local Balinese food and markets for shopping. Only one suggestion, for Nusa Penida trip one should avoid the day tour due to heavy traffic between 11 am to 4 pm. The roads are very narrow and crowd influx chokes the roads. It is advised to stay overnight and cover the locations early in the mornings and spread the itinerary over two or more days. Overall our first International Trip together was very memorable and hassle free. Very very happy with all the arrangements.

It was a good experience planning our Bali travel with Travel whisk. We were able to cover all places on our to go list. The drivers we got were very friendly and cooperative. Preeyul from the Travel whisk team really helped to put everything in place. One suggestion would be to do more research on the hotel and the guest reviews and not go only by the stars as the same could be misleading and customise it more as per the guest preferences. Overall would surely recommended them for tour next trip.

It was a great experience,everything was covered whatever was written in a voucher.Hotels and cab Driver was good with good fluency in english and everyday they kept on giving heads up for next day which helped in covering all the places on time,so overall it was well managed. However if you wanted to include something for your special day that would not have been managed like in our case they asked for huge amount for birthday cake so be prepare nothing extra will be taken care plus driver was quite slow so he took extra time to reach on destination.

Hotel Risata was nice but lunch and dinner menu was okay. Other restaurants were nearby so it is manageable and good. Resort Bhanuswari was having nice location and lunch and dinner menu was also good. No hotels nearby on walking distance. But no charging points, very dim light after evening and tiles of swimming pool was bit broken which hurt foot sometimes. Nusa Penida island is very beautiful wanted to spend more time there but very less time was given. You can improve here. Other site seeing and driver with car was very nice, polite and understanding. Our first candle light dinner was ruined by improper communication on perfect location. We were really excited and later completely disheartened after reaching the spot and waiting for response.
