Before booking i was promised that the hotel serves Jain meal but the hotel clearly denied about that upon reaching there. I was told that the hotel is 4 star but it didn't seemed to be. The superior size room was way too smaller for 3 people. Food was not at all good at the property. I would really appreciate the ground team for all the arrangements they did. I would say that overall experience was good but you need to be very much sure about everything before booking because after that they will say It is what it is as if they don't care about our concern.
