About Battlestar Galactica in Singapore

Battlestar Galactica Singapore is a duelling roller coaster. Its blue inverted coaster represents the Cylone while the red human seating coaster represents the humans. As a reason, people often regard the Battlestar Roller Coaster as Battlestar Galactica:  Cylone v/s Human. It opened its gates back in 2010 but remained inactive between 2013 and 2015. The Battlestar Galactica Roller Coaster Singapore reaches a height of 42.5 metres or in other words 139 feet making them the tallest duelling roasters in the world. Universal Studios Singapore is the amusement park where you can go for this crazy ride.

There are no inversions in the Human Coaster. Though, it is not significant in the matter of speed, stomach-lurching drops and tight turns. The ride may be a bit scary for some but the overall experience is a thrilling one. For al the thrill seekers, Battlestar Galactica is a sure go to place in the world of those who have a thing for Roller Coasters. The Cylone Coaster has got 5 inversions in its one kilometre long track. Going fast at a speed of 90 kilometres per hour, the Battlestar Galactica takes you with a lot of twists and turns with your legs dangling in the air. Of course there are certain height restrictions that need to be taken care of since this is not a very childish ride. I had booked the hote by myself and had taken tour sevices from TravelTraingle. I am happy with everything except the cab services offered. It is not flexible at all for ex I asked change in airport drop one week in advance but it was accommodated and askwd to pay more than taxi fare for the same. Also couple of drivers we got were driving too fast, more than the speed limits

Tour was good but we faced problems at some places. There was a timing issue as we were picked/dropped with a gap of 2-2 hours from the actual time. At MBS my child was enrolled as infant which was incorrect and I had to purchase ticket on the spot. I was charged 5000 extra for last day cab after finalyzing the package amount. Cruise experience was good.

Yes, there had been mishaps in the past and the roller coaster was stopped as well due to the same for some time but it is back to normal operation and is scary but safe.

Both of the coasters that is, the Cylone and Human are one kilometre long in their tracks and have the same maximum speed as well. However, the Human Coaster does not have any inversions while the Cylone has 5 inversions in its track. Hence for those who are looking out for an adventure, Cylone is what they would prefer.

Each of the two coasters is 1 kilometre long and going at a maximum speed of 90 kilometres per hour, the ride is completed in nearly 90 seconds.
