#Bad Experience: 1. Call ka kuch response nhi krna (Lalita Mam). 2. Payment as per Installment nhi lena. Payment ke liye bar bar call krna. 3. Hotels pe payment krne ke liye bolna checkout ke time pe. 4. Aap jab bhi unko regarding any issue call kroge wo ek dusre ke upar shift kr denge like uska department alg hein unse baat krke apko inform krungi then inform nhi krna aap wait krte rho unka. 5. Mera Kasol wala hotel regarding issue hua tha wo change krne ko bol rahe the lekin at last time wahi hotel mila jo booking time final Kiya tha but uske liye Customer Care ko bhut bar call krna pada n all drama.. 6. Excuses dena like abhi season time he to thoda aisa waisa (hotel booking, cab etc) hua hein.. Overall rating For Travel on Ease (5/10) #Suggestions for Travel on Ease Team: Jo Aap Booking krte time bolte ho or jo Package mein wo hisab se service dena.. Aur Client destination pe pochne se pehle waha ka details send kr diya kro (hotels booking details, cab details, driver details etc) Ok

No proper communication and understanding on my travel date and the travel agent booked the hotel on wrong date and my trip got little messed up in the beginning and we have to pay the extra cost for the hotel & cab.. Because of there misunderstanding we suffered and they are not even ready to except there mistake and were putting the blame on me that I gave the wrong date.. My Shimal room was really good but my trip in shimla went with arguments only with the travel agent.. And for Manali they said it’s a Luxury room but it was a Delux room only and had a small argument again, But other than that there response and cooperation with the guest was ok.. The only think was happened is the communication gap and there were not able to compensate my lose..

Our first day at manali of sightseeing was not that much good as cab driver didnt guided us properly. For rest of the days hotels and other cab driver were on the point..However the person Gitika who helped me for my itinerary had not planned it well..we were not able to enjoy snow activities at madhi as there was no snow..snow was at kokser village but it was not added in my plan so i had to pay extra to travel there..she planned manikaran at the last day of my tour .so i had to go from sissu to maikaran which took almost 8 hrs and still we were not able to reach manikaran as roads were block due to traffic which is common there but she didnt gave us idea about the traffic..so we werent able to visit manikaran..she should have kept manikaran on 3rd day so that it would be of less distance to travel manikaran from manali instead of sissu..so my trip was not worthy because of improper itinerary by travel vichar agent Gitika
