About Singapore Cable Car Ride in Singapore

The Singapore Cable Car opened for the first time on the 15th of February 1974 for the common masses. It happens to be the world’s first ever aerial ropeway system to span across a harbour. The Singapore cable car route goes over 6 stations on its way while presenting panoramic and gorgeous views underneath. These are the Mount Faber Station that stands 93 metres high above the mean sea level with the mounting rope. Tower 1 is a second station with a height of 80 metres. After this comes the Harbour Front Station which happens to be the station which is chosen by many of the people for getting on the cable car. The height of this station is 69 metres above the average sea level. After these three stations comes the Tower 2 station which is a great 88 metre high up in the air and lastly the Sentosa Station which is not as high but still 47 metres above the sea level.

The journey while passing through these six stations is undoubtedly enjoyable with breathtaking views of Singapore, Sentosa Island and the places on the way that it offers. Getting your ticket from the Singapore Cable Car Station is not a tough job and on top of that this amazing ride also has the provision for private sky dining. This dining offers proper 3 or 4-course meals and also has the provision for both vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian meals, out of which you can opt for the one of your choice. I had booked the hote by myself and had taken tour sevices from TravelTraingle. I am happy with everything except the cab services offered. It is not flexible at all for ex I asked change in airport drop one week in advance but it was accommodated and askwd to pay more than taxi fare for the same. Also couple of drivers we got were driving too fast, more than the speed limits

Tour was good but we faced problems at some places. There was a timing issue as we were picked/dropped with a gap of 2-2 hours from the actual time. At MBS my child was enrolled as infant which was incorrect and I had to purchase ticket on the spot. I was charged 5000 extra for last day cab after finalyzing the package amount. Cruise experience was good.
