Absolutely professional organization with prompt and timely responses. All commitments were honored by the travel agent and in a timely manner. Special mention for Vietnamese travel partners Michael Do and Tracy for being extremely caring and humane in their interactions. They helped us with the right guidance and more importantly were very helpful beyond the call of duty. 10 out of 10 for Michael and Tracy. Feedback for the selected hotels: Vinholiday (Phu Quoc) and Embassy (Hanoi) reflect the ratings on Google. VinHoliday is close to a 5 star hotel and can be compared with Hilton and Hyat. On the negetive side, AS Roma (Phu Quoc) onlline ratings are a fraud and they employ uncivilized people. They are a misfit for foreign travellers: 1. Take 500,000 deposit for three water bottles in the mini bar. 2. Room ceiling fan was not working and it required multiple follow ups to get a standing fan. 3. Complimentary water bottles has to be requested and since we were out all day they asked if we still needed the water. Cheap mindset to save a bottle of water. 4. Night time staff is uneducated - they keep a person with waiter uniform who is non cooperative and when asked about his manager he said she is pregnant. Basically, this hotel should be blacklisted for internationa tourists.

The best part of using TravelTriangle is the ability to compare multiple travel quotes from different agents and customize the itinerary according to your needs and budget. This flexibility is very useful while planning an international trip. Through TravelTriangle, we were connected with Ms. Trang from Golden Footstep, and that turned out to be the highlight of our trip planning. Ms. Trang supported us at every stage — right from creating the itinerary, suggesting good hotels and activities, assisting with the e-visa process, advising about currency exchange, and answering even the smallest queries patiently and transparently. She has deep knowledge of the sightseeing places in Vietnam, which helped us plan the trip efficiently. Thanks to her planning, our visits to Hanoi, Sapa, Ninh Binh, and Ha Long Bay were smooth and memorable. I would definitely recommend Golden Footstep to anyone planning a Vietnam trip. However, I believe TravelTriangle as a platform still needs improvement. The website and app login experience is not very smooth, and the payment and invoicing process does not always feel transparent. In addition, the response from TravelTriangle’s customer support/trip guide was not very satisfactory in our case. Overall, the platform helped us connect with a good travel agent, and that made the trip successful. If TravelTriangle improves its platform experience and support system, it could become an even better service for travelers.
