We started from Chandigarh to Shimla and then to Manali. This whole Trip was planned by The Drift 9. Overall Journey is awesome and well planned. Negi Ma'am was personally looking after us, her behaviour was very cordial and she is always eager to help us and also providing some valuable inputs. Overall, my travel experience was excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed my trip. A special thanks to Sandeep Sir from Turn On Vacations for his assistance. Hotel Welcome Paradise provided a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the location offered a perfect view from the room. The food was good, although there is room for improvement, especially with dinner. The breakfast, however, was quite nice. Hotel Old Manali Retreat was good overall, but we faced some issues with the location on the map, as it was inaccurate. However, the view from the room was fantastic and definitely made my day. The staff and food were below average, though. Hotel Indrasan was another excellent property. The staff were polite, the food was very nice, and we had a good variety of options for both breakfast and dinner. Chalo Kasol Huts and Camp was a great camping option. Although there’s no view from the room, it is located near the river, which allowed us to enjoy the surroundings. The dinner here was excellent, with multiple varieties. It’s important to note that the timing for both dinner and breakfast is fixed. They won’t serve food before the designated time, and while the meals may be delayed, they won’t be served early. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to have breakfast on our last morning due to an early checkout, as my driver was in a hurry. Driver Experience: The driver was good overall. The first two days went smoothly, but his behavior changed on the activity day. We didn’t participate in any of the activities where he dropped us, which seemed to affect his attitude. On the last day, I had informed him multiple times that I needed to reach Chandigarh by 4 PM due to a 5 PM train. However, he had to pick up another traveler, and he dropped us off in Chandigarh at 2 PM. Due to his hurry, we missed our breakfast that morning.

Entire Trip was good except volvo bus travel. We faced discomfort during volvo bus travel.Bus booked by agent did not pick us up and we have to book another bus from my own money and reach manali from chandigarh.

I highly recommend Turn on vacation's service for anyone planning a tour from chandigarh to manali. They offer excellent service, clean cars, and professional drivers with extensive knowledge of Manali and its surrounding areas. The driver ensured we visited all the must-see places.

To sum up, it was a memorable trip. Right from the drive through the scenic valleys to visiting tourist attractions was an amazing experience. The itinerary was not so well planned. Due to excessive travel time involved between places, it left us exhausted occasionally. ( For instance - Day 7 was planned to check out from Khajjiar ( assuming 8 am) and reach Chandigarh ( to catch our onward train at 3 pm - intimated in advance) which was not practical because it takes 9-10hrs to reach Chandigarh from Khajjiar. Needless to say, travel coordinator was very proactive and responsive to all our queries / requests before and during the trip which contributed to our tension free holiday time. Hotel at Manali ( Tanglewood Villa) was excellent but other hotels ( Vakratunda in Mcleodgunj and Shining Star in Khajjiar) were only satisfactory with no wow factor. Driver was well behaved, expert in driving through the tough Himalayan terrains and was well aware of the routes involved in the itinerary. Paragliding and River rafting in Kullu. Drive through snowy valleys in Khajjiar - Dalhousie. Scenic beauty of the deodhar range of mountain in mcleodganj. Trip with shorter travel time ( in between places) could have been more relaxing and enjoyable.

First day was horrible as we reached Manali hotel midnight around 2.15am and after reaching the hotel we got to know that the hotel was over booked and there were no rooms available. As we were all a group of female travellers it caused a lot of inconvenience. The hotel staff were not cooperative and were non responsive so it took 15mins for them to finally say that we do not have rooms left and that they were planning to shift us to another hotel nearby. We were unhappy with this experience as we were travelling since 5. 00 am in the morning and after reaching hotel at midnight we get to know that there are no rooms available! This is my third booking with travel triangle and never i have come across any such experience. I expected for some compensation from the hotel staff for the inconvenience it caused to us for which I asked the tour agent to connect with hotel staff but it was denied. Travel triangle agent- Priya did not answer my calls the next day when I wanted to get in touch with her on the issue. Except the first day the remaining days went as per the plan and I was happy with the hotels provided. At the last moment our train from Delhi was cancelled and we had to book flight from chandigarh. Tour agent and driver cooperated and we were dropped at chandigarh airport.

I have booked tour for Manali from ex- Chandigarh for 4day and 3 nights. Experience was good overall but we have very bad experience with the CAB driver. When we were returning back, we kept our luggage in car back. Swift Dezier was provided, once we reached Chandigarh airport we found out few things such like pen drives earphone etc has been stolen from the bag. We remember very well that we kept all those things in bag and those were stolen from cab only. We asked driver but he denied. So beware with your things while traveling. ovenall all good. Nice Stay Nice Service except Cab facility. I would like to say my best memory was the second day of my tour which is solang vally tour. it was an amazing experience. It was very fantastic weather. We enjoyed snow fall and snow rides. I must ssy one should visit Manali once.

It was overall a very good trip. I have planned for 4 nights and 5 days...which includes 1 night stay in Chandigarh. Chandigarh Hotel (Marc Royale) was not good just average hotel and also I didn't like the hospitality of the hotel. But our Stay and Hotel in Shimla was very good. We stayed in Kamna Hill Resort, which is in bit abundance from the crowd of Shimla but the place where hotel was very beautiful. We spent good time on Shimla mall road and our experience for Shimla travel was really a memorable one. Thumbs Up for Noth India Tours and Travels
