Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no proper resolution or accountability. I would strongly advise others to avoid this agency and TravelTriangle for international travel, as the coordination and service quality were far below acceptable standards. The actual experience deserves 1 star or less. I had a terrible time with Holidays Paradise Tour and Travel through TravelTriangle. From mismanaged itineraries to unresponsive support and unmet promises, nothing went as planned. There was no proper communication from the agency once the payment was made — I had to keep chasing them for updates, and even then, I got vague or delayed responses. The local support in Dubai was almost nonexistent, and I felt completely left on my own without any reliable help. Activities were rushed, poorly organized, and lacked the professionalism I expected for the price I paid. Overall, this trip turned into a stressful experience rather than an enjoyable vacation. I would strongly advise others to avoid booking through House of Travellers or Travel Triangle — they are not trustworthy and do not deliver on what they promise.
