My parents and I had a wonderful 12-day trip to Vietnam and Cambodia arranged by travel triangle and 'Authentic Asia Tours'. Rossie from AAT was always available over WhatsApp to revise the itinerary multiple times and promptly responded to all our queries during the trip. She even provided recommendations for our leisure days. All the drivers provided to us were professional and arrived for timely pick-ups. Our family is vegetarian and we had no issues with food options during our trip. Some of the hotel options could be better in terms of cleanliness and service, but Overall we would highly recommend this trip to everyone.

Overall it was an amazing tour ever. It was my first solo tour....very well managed by my tour manager Ms. Rossie from Asia Authentic tours. Never had any problem during my tour to Vietnam and cambodia. Keep up the good work Ms. Rossie. Every city I traveled it was timely pick up n drop and the tour guides were very knowledgeable. Would want to travel with Asia authentic again ....missing you Ms. Rossie. Keep up the good work. Almost every city I traveled can never b forgotten....it was an amazing experience. Ankor wat in Siem reap was truly great place to visit....

We travelled with this agency to Vietnam, although there was a back thought to accommodate Cambodia as well but we eventually didn't go with it. The trip was for eleven days, ten nights and each day was very well planned and executed well. Special mention to all the daily pick ups, they were all on time, and the veichles provided to us for airport transfers were awesome and spacious 10 seater tempo travelers. I particularly liked this since I have never experienced some thing like this before . Thank you to Eric and his team. Will like to give this agency 5 stars. Ha Long Bay.

We loved the entire tour and its arrangements made by Bamboo Hat Tours. The coordination and timing were absolutely fantastic. The minutest details that we had asked to be attended before and during the tour was impeccable. The local tour, guides, food choices (vegetarian) and timings were absolutely great. Sophie from Bamboo Hat Tours organised this trip wonderfully ! We felt so safe ! My daughter and wife who are hard to please were extremely satisfied with all arrangements. Thoughtfullness of creating a surprise of arranging a cake for my birthday in Halong Bay cruise was a great experience. Thank you !!!! We had a blast ! The tour guides were super friendly and helpful ! I had no problems and found a beautiful Indian restaurant right opposite my hotel ! The country is simply beautiful

Overall Vietnam Trip was Nicely Carried out. Most of the popular places were covered.Tour Guides were very nice and cooperative having Good English knowledge.Hotel Breakfast for vegetarian was available at each hotel.Tour vehicles are nice and comfortable. Only flight two way prices were costlier. Overall Vietnam Trip was very Nice . Nice Tour Guides. Nice Tour Buses. Breakfast Lunch for Vegeterian was nice. Dinner At nearby Indian Hotels was nice and somewhat costly. Overall Vietnam Tour is Really Very memorable And Full of Fun and Joy.

Good English speaking guide wasn't available at few places and which made our trip miserable and frustrating. In Vietnam we had a tour guide who could speak only Vietnamese and Chinese.

It was well coordinated punctual and professional. The hectic travel I had fixed and my needs especially for vegetarian food in Vietnam and especially in Sapa valley was an incredible experience. They even ensured I had sufficient rest to recoup myself for 12 days. Travel triangle and Asia authentic were very good. Thanks to Karan and Eric. We have successfully returned to India today after the completion of our tour. The arrangements made by you for the tour were commendable, and I would like to share our detailed feedback as follows: Cambodia: Our tour in Cambodia was highly impressive. The hotel accommodations and services were excellent, and the transport arrangements, along with the driver’s service, were truly commendable. However, I must express some concerns regarding the guide, Mr. Phrom. His behavior requires significant improvement—particularly in avoiding loose conversations and inappropriate comments, especially when interacting with women tourists. This is an area that needs immediate attention. I kindly request that you share this feedback with your counterparts in Cambodia to ensure better service standards. Despite this, we deeply appreciated the excellent services of the tour driver and the overall quality of the hotel and service arrangements. Vietnam: Your services in Vietnam were equally good. That being said, I have a few suggestions for improvement: We faced issues with dinner on the day of arrival in all three cities due to late nights. After our flights and hotel check-ins, dinner was delayed, causing inconvenience. I recommend scheduling local flights to arrive earlier in the evening (preferably before 4:00 PM) to allow sufficient time for dinners. It would be beneficial to arrange accommodations in higher-quality hotels, even if it incurs slightly higher costs. For instance, my brother-in-law, who accompanied us, was dissatisfied with the room at the Prague Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Offering customers the option to upgrade their accommodations with an additional cost could greatly enhance their experience. Overall, we are happy with the services provided and appreciate your efforts in organizing this tour. S Vietnam was excellent in thier tour coordination and were also very timely. Only issue was the TIP cost which was not informed prior and taken compulsorily 60USD. The TT agent Kanchan also did'nt coordinate well on the same. Other than the above all things were well arranged and organised by S vietnam. I would recommend this to all...but please ask them to clarify all costs in advance. I extend my thanks to Linh,,,Hiep,,,Hieu,,,Hong for being the tour guides at various places. ANd Tracy was also good and giving fast response for any query. Our TT agent Kanchan was very slow in giving response on every Query......:( that too after booking...... Nice trip excellent place VIetnam......
