The travel plan was excellent including the cab and drivers. The only issue was that of hotel stay despite asked for 3star the type of hotel booked was of worst class specially in colombo.

This was our first trip with travel triangle and i must say we are very happy with the travel agent Shivangi,Kandy and Benthota hotels were awesome but Colombo the hotel and service was disappointing especially as there was no buffet breakfast n service was very slow. . Our driver Mr.Rohana was prompt and courteous. Overall satisfied n happy with travel triangle. The suite at Kandy and the beautiful view from Joe's resort at Benthota as well as the buffet breakfast at both these places.

We had a really pleasant experience in Sri Lanka thanks to Tourbirds and especially our guide Shab who was very polite, supportive and engaging through out the trip. The trip itinerary was well planned such that we could cover maximum destinations in our 4 days time, while also getting enough rest each day. The hotels suggested by Tourbirds were also good quality and our family enjoyed the stays. Our driver and guide Shab was there for us throughout and was well informed of different locations, even good local places to eat and shop. The vehicle provided was also comfortable for the 5 of us and was driven carefully and safely. Overall, our family really enjoyed the trip and we wish we can visit Sri Lanka again some time in future.

The trip was good. But did not give sufficient time in all though we cut short few - we were not able to visit Colombo. Hotels were far from location. But was good. i don't blame on accommodation. They tried level best with in budget. Overall good. Nuwara eliya - No wifi :(

We initially started booking hotels, cabs and places to visit by ourselves only to realise it's a hercularian task and will take days and hours of planning. We logged onto to travel triangle casually to check the hotels and itenary to get to know the places in Srilanka. I then took the quote given by liesure travels and asked them to call me. The trip coordinater Ms.Ajanthi sent us a good itenary at a reasonable price. Since the beginning of the trip we were skeptical about leisure travels because it's a new country where we don't know anyone and never been anywhere. But we were completely wrong from day one. To our surprise, the trip co ordinator Ms.Ajanthi, who spoke with us over phone, came to escort us to hotel on the day we landed.We were escorted by a mini Limo, I have never seen such a techno car in India. We were given a tourist sim card. She was very polite, courteous, always available. The itenary she prepared and hotels she booked for us was a delight. We loved all the hotels and itenary except one place. For that reason, she shifted us to a really comfortable hotel at once. The driver ( Sheeran ) was one of the nicest person and a professional driver. He followed all the traffic rules and didn't rush to take us to places. He was helpful and guiding us throughout the trip. A thorough gentleman. Over all it was a safe, comfortable and enjoyable trip. We hope you find this review helpful.

In the ratings of hotel, out of three hotels, the last hotel (in colombo) was little disappointing. Apart from that all the other two hotels were awesome Best memory is from Bentota water sport area and pinwala elephant orphanage visit. Best picture taken from Kandy

Great service overall. We had no issues, while one of the hotels could have been better but we were just spending the night there. Overall great trip! The driver allocated to us- Mr Saman, was really courteous and helpful!

Srilanka is Really very Beautiful. Aziz and group have planned the trip with detailed places and Very good hotels. Driver/Guide Mr.Priyanjit was really a nice human and extra care taker. His driving skills were ossume. Madhu River Boat Drive. Colombo city. Cool air of Nuwara Eliya. Galle Fort.

The agent was extremely responsive before I booked the trip with them, however, once I booked it, they were really lax in their responses and they were extremely delayed. I had to follow up 3-4 times to get any response. However, they were very accommodating in terms of cancellations and changes in our tour. They booked us great properties at a good price and was also very flexible in terms of the mode of payment. One major and the biggest issue with this trip was the driver, he was rude, unaccommodating, and racist. He would not budge on any thing and would take the longest/ route with the most amount of traffic to save on toll. Any time we asked him to take us anywhere, he would say no this is out of my working hours even at 6 PM when the agent had clearly said that he would be staying with us till about 9-9:30 PM. We were in places with no public transport so we genuinely needed him to adjust but he did not.
