Our stay at Agonda Serenity was very good. Decent rooms, good service and food was manageable as well. Our stay at Woodhouse was not a great experience. The room they gave us did not had water, the room they changed us to had stinky wardrobes, staff need more training/professionalism. Breakfast plates were stained and not clean The cab (during checkout at Calangute) reached 30mins late and instead of an innova we got an ertiga for 6+1 travellers. Because the cab reached late, we reached the airport just 45mins beforer the flight scheduled departure time. End to End planning must be better than this for the premium rates we paid for your service. Especially when we are travelling with family and kids.

Hotel claims to be 4 star but is 2.5 star at best. Very poor hygiene, bland breakfast without any variety. Rooms are decent. Bathroom with incorrect sloping causing water to stand on floor. Cabs were good, clean and on time.

It’s was a wonderful experience for me and my family thanks to Miss. Anjali for a wonderful trip and the hotel and hotel staff was fabulous even the cab drivers were cooperative and friendly specially utam bhaiya on south goa sight seeing they made us feel special thanks to him but the only problem was we have to call the cab agent for cab confirmation and the trip was worth it… Thanks to everyone!

Planning was not really good - would have been more proactive in terms of communication and updating the customer. Here I have to go back to the agents and coordinator for getting an update, cab details, driver number etc - i want to remind them for everything. Regarding hotel it was just okay with a 3 star facility but as per the services there was no coffee maker (kettle) available - upon request they gave it without any tea bags, coffee powder and sugar. What the use of a kettle without all these - are expecting customers to bring all these things while coming for a trip? Adventure activities was okay - no comments on that just for the sake of providing it was there. I believe the whole goa adventure activities will be like this. Nothing in specific from your side as it was only the hotel (average), cab facility (poor coordination) and adventure activities (average)

We had a overall good experience in Goa trip. Aman trip coordinator was helpful in planning the trip. Goa as a destination is good choice. However, the food and other expenses are costly. Visit to spice plantation was waste of time and money. Apart from that all other places were good and enjoyable.

Was a nice trip. Had only booked a hotel and pick up / drop cab through the agent. Although the view from the hotel was not that great, the agent made sure I was already aware of it. So it felt nice that I was being given an honest review about the same before my travel. Just one thing, I guess the agent can be more interactive once the booking is done and regular communication should happen even after the trip is booked. Overall, happy with the service and the trip.
