We are very happy with the wonderful trip arranged by ease o trip (specially Kunal). This guy is gem and has very good contacts in hospitality industry. Our trip to thailand memorable only because of him . All the arrangements done were exactly like we expected. Kunal has given his extended support when we were about to miss our trip not because of him obviously. we have booked thailand tickets from kolkata but because of mess created by Air India(own booked) we missed the flight booked by kunal.we have lost all hopes of this trip but kunal was saviour at last minute and just few hours before our departure he arranged another ticket for us from delhi. Cant forget this extended support and help. Trip experience was amazing and thailand co-ordinators were also nice and helpful. will definitely recommend ease o trip to everyone and now we are one loyal customers and will definitely recommend him to all our friends and family and for all our future bookings. We a family of 3 from Hyderabad and planned a trip to 2 places in Thailand - Phuket and Krabi. When we contacted Travel Triangle, we were introduced to few of their partners and we finalized with Clipago as their response was prompt and clear. We were Vegeterians and our son is 8 years old and we were particular on hotels based on our food requirements. Mr. Sarit from Travel Triangle was very supportive and always reachable for any query or support. Mr. Prashant from Clipago had lot of knowledge and he planned our travel well and also advised on how to manage time there. He made all arrangements of hotels, Transport, tickets to certain parks as part of tour iterinary. Appreciate his dedication. He was always available on whatsapp for any query during most part of the day and even nights on few occasions. In Thailand, Mr. Rohit was very prompt in support and he used to update us about next day's plan by a day in advance was also available early mornings for any call. Mr Mukesh was also good in co-ordination. We did not face any issue. The transport vehicles were always on correct time. The boat trips were also on time during island tours. On one occasion, there was a delay in return during boat travel due to heavy rain but of course, weather is not in our control. Whatever was planned before the trip was executed during the trip. The trip was very well executed in terms of punctuality and pick up and drop facilities. There was a specific issue I would like to highlight. The lunch provided from the boat operators during poda island tour and Phi phi island tours was absolutely not acceptable for vegetarians. They only had rice and salad for vegetarian eaters. This definitely needs improvement and thoughtfulness. Also for snorkelling there was no guidance provided from boat operators. It was only for people who knew how to swim. Sunset at Poda island

Hotel at Phuket centara blue marine is at good location but furniture and decor is very old ,not at all 4star level,and at breakfast also Indian food was missing

Had excellent support from the agency (especially Prajosh) during the planning of itinerary phase. During the trip, responses were very slow and execution wasn't great. Apart from the already booked ones, if you ask for any suggestions, they will say "checking" and don't respond after that. So, if you need some support during the trip, they may not be quick to respond. They have tied up with some other agency in Thailand so this agency doesn't have full control and they have to depend on third party which could lead to delays and some inconveniences. Overall, they were good and I will recommend them
