Firstly i would like to thank GBS tours for arranging the travel as per my priorities. And the best thing is when i met their guide and driver ( Dorji and Tashi ). They were so comfortable and very friendly. They were accommodating throughout the trip . They also took us to places as per the time and took care of us in every aspect . We really enjoyed the tour . It was a memorable trip . Kudos the GBS tours . 5 star rating for your service Tiger nest , Simply Buthan .

It was a good experience with BINC Bhutan. They provided Good hotels with upgrades wherever possible. All good places were recommended and covered. Very effective co-ordination by BINC team which made the visit very smooth and hassle-free. Some facts not in control of the agents - No role of the compulsory guide-not worth, most of the places have high entry fees (mostly not worth keeping in mind the place). Someone visited Sikkim/North-East may find Bhutan similar to that, so not all places are worth-visiting. Overall good experience. I recommend BINC.

Review for KNG Bhutan Tours and Travel I recently had the pleasure of touring Bhutan with KNG Bhutan Tours and Travels, and I must say, it was a truly memorable and seamless experience. From the very beginning, the planning and coordination were handled with professionalism and care, ensuring we had nothing to worry about during our journey. A special thanks to Mr. Bimal, the planner, whose attention to detail and round-the-clock availability made the trip incredibly smooth. He was always just a call or message away, ready to assist with any queries or requests, which gave us a lot of comfort throughout the trip. The hotels arranged by KNG were all excellent – each offering clean, spacious rooms with beautiful views that added to the overall experience. Whether it was a quiet morning overlooking the valleys or a cozy evening after a long day of sightseeing, the stays were always relaxing and enjoyable. Our tour guide, Tashi, was knowledgeable, friendly, and deeply passionate about Bhutanese culture and history. His insights added so much depth to each location we visited, and he made sure we understood the significance of each place in a way that was engaging and easy to follow. A big shoutout also to Mr. Subbu, our driver, whose driving skills were impeccable, especially on the winding roads of Bhutan. We always felt safe and comfortable, and his calm demeanor made long journeys feel effortless. Every aspect of the tour – from transportation and accommodations to sightseeing and local experiences – was thoughtfully curated. Thanks to the KNG Bhutan team, we could fully immerse ourselves in the beauty and serenity of Bhutan without any logistical stress. Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Bhutan!

We recently booked a 5-night family trip to Bhutan through Travel Triangle with AD Tours & Travels handling the ground arrangements. While our experience with AD Tours & Travels was excellent, I must express disappointment with Travel Triangle’s customer service. The Travel Triangle team was very proactive in ensuring payments were made, but once that was completed, there were no calls or follow-ups from them before, during, or even after the trip. This lack of courtesy was quite surprising, especially for a company that claims to focus on customer service. On the other hand, AD Tours & Travels, and especially our travel consultant Seema, were exceptional. Seema went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our trip was perfect. The hotels chosen were fantastic, the vehicle provided was comfortable, and our driver was knowledgeable and friendly. We had a small issue with our guide, Mr. Tashi, but Seema quickly addressed it, demonstrating excellent customer care. Overall, AD Tours & Travels saved the experience for us with their dedicated service, but Travel Triangle’s lack of follow-up and support was disappointing. I highly recommend AD Tours & Travels for their professionalism, but I hope Travel Triangle improves its post-booking customer engagement in the future.

Trip to Bhutan is really awesome. Climate is really excellent and could even visit some places with snowfall. However, places like tiger's nest, punakha dzong charge a higher entry fees for the tourists. Therefore I do not recommend people to spend on a temple. Also whenever the places are given as part of itinerary, please give all kinds of places like temple, snowfall, adventurous activities, etc and not just temples. Buddha View Point, Drukyel Dzong and Chelela Pass.

I have just returned from an amazing holiday organised by Bhutan Red Robes Destination. I was convinced when I had contacted Red Robes Destination, the owner MR Subash Brrd, that I was not going to get a commercial experience but instead one that was suitable for me. He made it possible for me to make a trip out on such short notice by helping me to expedite my requirements. He really went above and beyond to accommodate to my dates of travel. He was extremely responsive and replied to every single one of my questions in detail. It was extremely reassuring. The trip was 5 days and 4 nights – Timphu (2D) and Paro (2D). The crew he put together was amazing. I should personally thank Mr David Bruce who understood us what we were looking for in the trip and upon listening carefully to our likes and dislikes he had made our itinerary flexible which included both beautiful landscapes and a cultural tour. And he even suggested a few things for us to get the full experience we wanted. He also became my guide for the whole trip. David Sir had also taken us out to get a feel of the local hood which was a really fun experience. I believed we had the true authentic experience. David didn’t feel like a guide, we became good friends after. He is a very warm and kind person. He did things from his heart. I felt like he was a true reflection of the calm Bhutanese spirit. My trip to Bhutan was better than I had imagined and exactly what I needed. This would not have been possible without Bhutan Red Robes Destination. The highlight was the Dochula Pass and got a chance to see Himalayan mountain ranges of Bhutan......What a wonderful day. Some of the highlights are “Buddha Dordenma Statue “, "Simply Bhutan (Living Museum)", "Authentic Bhutanese Crafts Bazaar", "Paro valley following thru Wang Chhu and Pa Chhu rivers”, “National Museum – Housed in the Ta Dzong (Watch Tower) of the Rinpung Dzong", "Paro Dzong, built in 17th century". Special Thanks to Mr Bhuman Sharma our Photographer, in spite of his busy schedule of his wedding which is within a week time, he could able to travel with us through our trip  for capturing amazing clicks. I will never forget you all & I recommend Bhutan Red Robes Destination whoever is planning for Bhutan. With sincere appreciation for making it all possible. Yuktha, Kalyani & Karteek :)

PRE BOOKING EXPERIENCE :- VERY GOOD ADHERENCE TO COMMITMENTS :- GOOD ,. Hotel at phuensholling was not as per your commitments. , neither three star nor even basic .My humble request that avoid " HOTEL GADHEN to others also . Athough our tour coordinater Mr asif seemed to be very particular of our next hotels , HENCE very good experience at THIMPU , punakha & paro . Hotel at bagdogra was changed , without our knowledge .Indrapuri hotel was a dirty one , with no proper entrance from road . It gave us negative image of our valley tour & treks . We still do not know why "the orbit" was changed ? FOOD :- The qwality of food was not that of a three star hotels in all hotels. VEHICLE :- In sikkim innova provided by you was not fit for hilli area , ie . vehicle tyres were verey old & slippery . the tyres were required to be changed a year ago . However our driver shri RAKESH SHARMA , was very expert , who saved our life , when vehicle slipped on hills 2 times . The vehicle did not had a active mobile charger point . On returning from gangtok to phuentsholling , the driver was changed to some " ugeyn" . This driver was not good enough & proper behavier . He was busy all the time in swalloing gutka & spitting on his hand. Bhutanside side vehicle was promised to be given " haice bus" . But defying promise , another vehicle " hundai H-1 " was provided., however its driver Mr. sangay was very good one .On returning from PARO to phuentsholling the vehicle was provided as haice but the driver's driving was very much rough & careless .The driver also not provided us mobile charger & dustbin facility . ( we need to emphasize here that our tour operator must reply to us on these points , or the matter be referred to immigration deptt bhutan . Guide :- our guide ms. singay was very much polite , cooperative , & with humanaterian approch On account of " not providing haice bus "& good hotels "at phuentsholling & bagdogra , WE MUST BE given refund immediately .

Thimpu and Paro hotel were great. Cab reached airport before we arrived. Our driver Dena was very polite and helpful. He showed us all the sites and markets. Just one downside, Punakha hotel, River side hotel was not good. It's a new hotel and not upto the mark. Longest suspension bridge in Punakha and snowfall on last day at Tiger nest base.

We had wonderful experience with Sunshine travels during our Bhutan trip. Mr Lalit from Sunshine travels took care of our permits, travel and hotel bookings. He used too personally enquire daily about our feedback and took special care to make our trip comfortable.He was very prompt in solving queries. Overall very reasonableand well planned trip. Our Bhutan driver and guide Mr Gembo was nice and very helpful.
