I liked my first and 3rd hotel which was booked they were really good but I didn't like the 2nd hotel in nuwara Elia ......cab was good but I think the driver always tried to add his commission every time we asked him to book something for us

I had planned a trip to Sri lanka for 6 days and 5 Nights, the tour was very well organised, the places to see in srilanka was very beautiful all the hotels was very good, my favorite was Mirrisa ( Whale watching ), Gangaramaya temple and seetha eliya temple a special thanks to Ms Shivangi who had wonderfully organised our trip and made our trip memorable trip and looking forward to book the next trip soon.

The day I travelled was on my birthday and I planned to celebrate it but they spoiled it completely. They didn’t follow up to arrange checkin on the booked resort/hotels. Later after an hour got a different room with No Wifi, No TV, No arrangements. So I got to get my day spoiled. I would have got adjusted on any other day but not on my special day. And I could see they hardly respond to us. When we reach their till you get your SIM it will be very difficult to contact anyone. So better get everything clarified or confirmed before you head. Had many view points to look at and driver did put lots of effort on to make the trip complete. Thanks Samman

Had a wonderful experience visting sri lanka with Sha tours. The arrangements were perfect & the choice of hotels was good. The Guide & the cab driver was very cooperative and showed us all the important spots to visit. Overall the trip was was fully enjoyed

I was initially happy that I got a good deal in terms of the total package considering the itenary and cost. However, I only realised later that there were a lot of compromises made to fit into the budget, for example the hotels provided were not at all upto standard and there were lot lot of things in the itenary which we had to skip because of the schedule we had. The agent either did not know what he was doing or made false promises to make the deal look good

Our family trip to Sri Lanka organized by Chamodi and her team was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we contacted her, her professionalism and attention to detail were evident. As it was our first international trip with my toddler, we had some preferences over the hotels and places to visit. Chamodi was so quick in giving her suggestions and informations which I felt other travel agents lacked. She tailored the itinerary to suit our interests and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience for each family member. There were lot of changes we had to make in the middle of planning and Chamodi was present over WhatsApp whenever I had some query. We booked our SL trip with Amaralanka Travels . Their service was good. We had Mr. Indica Kumar as our driver and tour guide. He was with us throughout the trip- Quite helpful. We traveled to Kandy, Nuwara Eliya and Bentota. The travel agent didn't realise that we asked for 4 nights. We stayed the 4th night on our own in Bentota and took a trip to Mirissa. All this we did after consulting with our driver assuming that he is in touch with the travel agency. On the 5th morning, when we were supposed to be dropped at Colombo, the travel agency informs that we need to pay additional amount. When asked why we were not informed when we landed at airport and paid the balance amount to the agent or by the agency over message or call in the first 4 days, the travel agency person turned rude and started abusing us that we were making a fuss. We were ready to pay the balance amount but the agency person turned it all bitter for us on the last day. The first hotel in Kandy could have been better. Except the last glitch, their service was good.

It was really pleasant & awesome stay in Sri Lanka. Many thanks to travel triangle, Nipuni from Overa Tours who suggested the best way & managed our requirement. Overa Tours is extremely professional and delivered to their commitment right from pick-up to the airport to all the bookings. What we required, the travel agent provided the best. Another part, Ganesh from Overa, who was as Guide with his Car, he is really a friendly nature person & take care of us. Initially I was thinking about safety in Sri Lanka, but Sri Lanka is really such a nice & Safe Place to visit. Vary Neat & Clean. I Visited Sigiriya, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya & at last but not least Colombo Tour. All was awesome. I appreciate Ganesh, he used to care our 3 years old Kid. My Kid also enjoyed his company with Ganesh. I booked for 4 days trip to Srilanka and it was wonderful and I am to enjoy the trip due to well organised travel plan set by the travel agency White Monkey travel. The cab driver was very supportive and be with us and guide to all the places as mentioned in the itenary. Overall the arrangements made were good. Hotel stay was good and it meets my expectations and I am happy to book for my future trips through travel triangle.

We did a Srilanka trip with family , it was an amazing experience , everything was perfectly organized and our Cab driver Jagdish was phenomenal to deal with , very polite and cooperative we felt like he was part of the family by the end of the trip . Travel delegates did a fantastic job with the planning and execution of the trip , except that they could have been more proactive in communicating what is applicable in terms of fees etc . Overall the experience was something to remember the places , the experiences will all stay with us fr life.
