Went to Thailand and returned today ,2 families 8 pax,the tour detailing was nice with all points covered.hotels were located in central places, good properties,cab tours were organised nicely. The organisers were always available on phone at any time to answer our queries inspite of time differences.overall good package and would recommend.Mr Lucky coordinated from Delhi and was always available in phone and wap.

Mumbai to phuket and the 2 days at phuket (the phi phi tour well-planned and timely pick up great hospitality)were great but after landing in bangkok the pick up(1+hrs delay) the coral tour(complete chaos) and the seats at the alcazar (booked last minute very bad seats) show all were below average. Did not enjoy the second part as much.. Phi phi Island tour and snorkeling and sea bed walking at coral Island

Tour places and destinations that was decided by the agent was really good, although there are few things that can be taken care of easily so that the trip becomes easy for elderly people. 1. If the Check-In time at Thailand Hotels and Resorts are after 2 PM, agents should include the stay as per the traveler arrival. My parents arrived at DMK airport at 6 AM and they were in Pattaya around 8 AM. Now the Hotel staff was allowing them to do the Check-In before 2 PM. They had to wait at the hotel lobby all tired and frustrated from the travel and agents did nothing to resolve it. They said that you can buy a room for one day with extra pay. What is use of booking through agent if I have to buy a room at that moment even when I already paid for the entire package. This is really inconvenient for elderly people and agents should understand that and try to make their trip comfortable. 2. Since my Parents were not allowed to do the check-in before 2 PM, they were also not allowed to have breakfast at the Hotel with the coupons provided which was included in the package. Hotel staff said that coupons are valid only after check-in so that day's breakfast they had to buy on their own. 3. Hotel room Wi-fi was not not working for a day at Pattaya. 4. It's always good to give the Travel Itinerary before traveling to the tour destination so that the travel is aware and mentally prepared. 5. At Pattaya, Cab driver didn't know the route to the Hotel. This is an overhead on travel. 6. They had to carry the luggage (kept in cab while sightseeing) for Bangkok city tour. This is not feasible for anyone to keep luggage with them while actually in the middle of sightseeing. Besides, the places the agent decided and the 24/7 support through WhatsApp was really good.

The pick up from the airport or the hotel and back to the airport was absolutely on point and brilliant, couldn't have been better. The only disappointing thing was that we went for these activities related to water or the beach there was no prior information that it's going to be that costly, I almost paid the same amount of money that I paid for the trip for the activities spent their. All the services provided were good. We had a wonderful time. Only improvement which could have been made is to arrange cab as per timings/preferences of travellers so it does not clash with their planned activities. Everything we did was a beautiful memory. To pick one, I'd say corals island experience was the best.

I recently booked a Thailand mini tour for 2 via ASAP Holidays our agent was Himanshu Agarwal. Although we booked in a very short notice nearly 10-14days before the ETA. But Himanshu managed it so well. He asked me the details as per our requirements and managed accordingly. We over all had a great experience but Bangkok was too hot even on November end. Did not like the hotels. They were told as 4 star, however were close to 2 star. The agents from both the vendor and travel triangle stated that hotels were shown in the itinerary beforehand so they are not at fault. The attitude needs to change. The agents know best how the hotel is and can inform the guests. The travel, activities, cabs etc were on par. No complaints with that
