We went in Bali for our honeymoon.The trip was for 4 nights and 5 days.Our Travel Agent ANKIT is very helpful and very supportive.He always supported us though out the whole trip.When we needed any help , he supported us then and then. It was a great trip.Our hotel and villa both are awesome.They provided us two meal one lunch and one dinner,both are wonderful as food wise and location wise.They provided buffet lunch in a very nice restaurant with mountain view and candle light dinner at beach.Cab service was so good.they provided us a brand new car in private basis and the car is very spacious .Our drive DEVA is a wonderful man ,he is punctual ,have good communication skill, very good behavior and very helpful.The tour was very well organized and Ankit managed everything very well..We will certainly book our future trip with tour hunt.. The trip was great, enjoyed. The service offered from STS Tours (sub quotation from I Need Trip) was very good. There was nothing to worry over the entire trip period. Guide was good, and was very helpful. Regarding I Need Trip, the itenerary was good. Was comfortable with timing. But experienced very delayed response for queries raised. As a customer who purchase deal from online, they should be more careful else will loose the trust on them. An issue with baggage allowance, which was reported almost 4 months back was answered 1 week before travel. From Travel triangle, I expected more support than what received. You were very supportive till we make payment, but once we made, I experienced very very low response from your end. The learning was like do not make full payment until we receive some minimal vouchers as in agreement. Overall from trip point, it was so good, enjoyed. From the service provided, expectation weren't met and expecting more care to customer satisfaction else won't able to keep customer for another booking.

We had a horrible experience in both the hotels we stayed. 1. Ramada Sunset road Kuta - Our room was connected to another room and it's door was inside our room. We could listen all the noise of guys staying in that connected room. AC was leaking and water droplets were dropping continuously. 2. Amaroosa Suite Bali - All the equipments in the room, all of sudden the jet spray pipe was broken and water was leaking heavily while we were outside for dinner. Whole floor was flooded with water as a result when we entered the room unknowingly my wife's leg slipped and fell down heavily. We are still paying the bills for physiotherapy because of this issue. Our driver Krishna from Indo Jaya travels (local agency) was very good and his service-support was outstanding. He was friendly, flexible and supportive throughout our trip.

This was an amazing experience as this was our first international trip and we did not face any hassles roaming around as we have been provided with Private cab and the driver was on time. One feedback or recommendation we can give is that, next time on provide cab drivers who can also be a tour guide as we didnt find much of history around. Also, the romantic candle light wasnt romantic and it was a very average dinner near beach, the food was also not good. Do ensure you avoid these for future travels. Do not prefer Golden Daffodil restaurant. Best memories are water sports, Ubud Villa experience & Uluwatu temple
