Our trip to srilanka was a great experience. The entry fares to the places which we visited was not similar to that mentioned earlier.. The trip advisor was not in contact nor replied as we reached to srilanka. Though in planning the trip he was helpful. Hope the communication goes proper with the travellers. Cab driver was helpful but a little more patience is required. We celebrated our anniversary. The hotel arrangements where very good as mentioned to trip advisor .

Although, on the first day, Sandriana Lake view Hotel was not up to 3 start expectations, but Apple Holidays in collaboration with Travel Triangle took the feedback and made sure to give the best rooms for the rest of the days. Hi First of Thanks to Travel Triangle - Relax Lanka for this Srilanka Trip - their are some CONS AND PROS- First of all thanks to Driver /Guide Mr. Sanjay he was amazing person - and was very help full throughout the Tour pros :- All the hotels was very Good and luxurious - and in all the hotels dinner was their so didn't faced any problem of food Cons : we have paid 35K for two person thats ok - but for the all the activities we had to pay the Extra charges - 1. like elephant safari - we paid : 3KINR which was not at all worth you can just see some 4 elephants 2.. Madhu River we have paid 60$ for two person for just a ride of 1hours - Again it was not worth - when we checked in the NET it was just 400RS person - We feel like we have been cheated 3. tortoise watching _ we paid 2K INR - again its just a small house hold person running the tortoise park -- not worth One more suggestion they ask for charges for everything- even before travelling we asked them about Corona Crisis they said its nothing over here we reached on 11th March and from 12th March Srilanka has started their to close many things - if they have informed about this we would postphoned our Trip - Even we have enquired about VISA - they have informed us that for indian citizen it is on Arrival - its was not at all True - before travelling we need to take online visa which compulsory and it is free for indian Citizen - But Relax lanka was asking for 20$ fee for visa if i want to take it from them -- it was good i done it from my side Would suggest instead of going to Srilanka - i would suggest plan for NORTH EAST - which is worth value for money

Everything was good. They contacted us with all the details, made required changes in the plan as requested and was prompt. The driver was excellent, communicative. Rooms were good, except for the one in colombo. Had a very bad experience in colombo. Other than that had a fantastic trip, the rooms in all the other places were fantastic.

I liked everything about the trip except for 2 things. 1 - The hotel booked Bentota was very bad. It did not looked like a 3 star hotel at all. No WiFi, no cord phone to communicate with reception, no cleanliness even on the dining tables. 2 - I got to know many good places within our range from the driver which wasn't shared by the agent at the time of planning (Like Ella bridge and some scenic places around it).

We were happy about the service untill the trip started however not the same during the trip.The hotels in Kandy amd Bentota failed to give us service as per a 3 star hotel standards. Although the car peovided was really good and super comfortable however the driver was not upto the mark.He was reluctant to show us all the places mentioned in the itiniery. The hotel in Colombo was amazing because of its location and service. Also kitulgala white water rafting was an enthrolling experience which our driver initially did not want to take by making excuses.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Sri Lanka. We went their for our first anniversary. Travco arranged really good places to stay and no words for our driver/guide Janaka. He is so kind hearted and knowledgeable. He knew how to take care of tourists and make us feel comfortable. He guided us with shopping, sight seeing, activities like river rafting, river safari, elephant safari, etc. and helped us choose food as we wanted and have a good time there. All the hotels were also amazing with a fantastic view. Thanks Shanil for planning our trip as per our wishes. We would love to visit Sri Lanka again and cover the remaining places. :)

Overall the experience is good !!! One thing which we had an issue is with the food - breakfast at hotels , despite clearly instructing to the travel agent - it was not spoken to hotel for proper vegetarian food !! The food quality in all hotel except taj was not good !!! Enjoyed all the sceneries !!!!
