Direct link really needs to work on coordination and managing the iternary. Arshad was really bad at doing it.During the trip we were just in the roads travelling the complete day and then reaching hotel and sleeping.According to the distance from one destination to another the trip should have been scheduled.The management of scheduling the trip was pathetic Our driver was really nice though he wasn’t aware of the routes but still he was good.

Overhaul the tour is excellent with coverages as well hotel accommodation and the driver and vehicle are excellent as he showed few additional areas. We had a family trip arranged by tropical ceylon and it was wonderful . Our guide Titus was amazing throughout the journey , very knowledgable and extremely polite and knows what we like . Sanjay our driver was also very good and fun to be with , and another team member lakhma was also very helpful and extremely nice . We enjoyed every aspect of the trip from the hotels to the places we visited and also the food . Hotel Rivendel in Kandy is worth the money and service is extremely good , Taj bentota lived upto the high expectations and was amazing . Another big thanks to Titus , sanjay and lakhma for taking care of us every step of the way and making this trip memorable . And another thanks to chandima for helping us with the bookings .(one small hiccup was horton towers hotel which did not live upto the expected standards of service )

Connecting via travel triangle is good. Good Support provided from Travel Triangle. But the agent is not up to the mark. He didn't even bother to check with us on the trip even on a single day. One full day was wasted for travelling from NuwaraEliya to Bentota and we did nothing except sitting in the car.

We traveled to Srilanka in the first week of October 2019. The arrangements from Lanka Reisen were excellent and as per our discussions before the trip. The vehicle provided to us was very comfortable. And our friendly chauffer/guide, Mr.Saman, made the trip enjoyable. We had multiple hotel bookings, which were all quite nice (though we would have liked a bigger room in Colombo..). Couple of small issues: Getting the vouchers before the trip needed some follow-up. Everything was arranged for sure, just that there was delay in sending the vouchers causing unnecessary anxiety. And there was a hitch during checking out from one of the hotels, due to some issue with payment. It got sorted out soon, but could have been easily avoided. But all in all, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend Lanka Reisen to others.
