From the beginning, the team was extremely prompt and efficient in their responses, making the entire planning process smooth and hassle-free. A special thanks to Heema, our coordinator, who was exceptional throughout. She ensured every detail was taken care of, from accommodations to transportation and itinerary planning. Her attentiveness and proactive communication made us feel well-supported at every step. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about delivering a great travel experience. The trip itself was beautifully curated, allowing us to explore the serene beauty of Bhutan while feeling completely at ease. We booked our 7-day Bhutan trip with Green Zone Destination through Travel Triangle. Mr. Gyam Sir from Green Zone curated a wonderful itinerary which covered all the important places and suiting our needs. The hotels were very comfortable and accessible to the main market as we wanted. Gyam Sir not only was there in planning this itinerary but was also always was in touch and made sure we were comfortable during our entire trip which was a great gesture from his side. We are very thankful to him for that. Our guide who was with us throughout the trip, Mr. Jigme Tenzin Sir was a very knowledgable and a friendly person. His vast knowledge helped us in knowing about the Bhutanese culture and tradition. He was extremely helpful during our hike to the Tiger Nest understanding our pace and motivating us to complete our hike successfully. He also took care of an elderly person who was travelling with us at every place and we are very grateful to him for that. Mr. Roshan, our driver was also very punctual and experienced and we were comfortably reaching our destination right on time covering all places. The entire trip and the team of Green Zone Destination was fantastic and we would highly recommend to travel to Bhutan with them. Travel agent of bhutan shows in iternity punaka but at the last moment they refused to punaka. Hotel gadhen at phuntsholing was very low class. Room at 4th floor but there is no lift & electricity problem also

A great and memorable trip trip to Bhutan! To start with, our travel agent Nitesh of Trip Trova was extremly helpful and cooperative, and catered to a our small and big needs. We wished to make certain modifications to our existing itenary at theast minute and Nitesh and our guide were extremly helpful. The hotels arranged were also good, however the breakfast arrangements in some of the hotels could be better. Our guide Chimi and driver Tshering left no stone unturned to cater to our needs and make us feel comfortable. All in all had a fantastic experience and would recommend Trip Trova for all your future trips.

It is a country which has a different culture and vibe to it. It is clean throughout and the reason is simply because it is imbibed in the culture and people of Bhutan. People live a simple life and our happy and it shows in the Gross National Happiness (GNH) Index which is a unique way to measure the happiness and well-being of the Bhutanese people. My guide was also knowledgeable which helped me gain more insights in their ways of living and Bhuddism too. All in all, it was a trip with lovely memories.

Good service provided by Bhutan Online Owner Mr. Hari and his team of Mr. Jimmy (Guide). The guide was very friendly and helpful to make our trip enjoyable. The hotels booked were good with clean rooms. The food options (especially breakfast) in the hotel could have been better. However, food was freshly prepared and hence we preferred it over outside restaurants. Only other issue was during travel from Phuentsholing to Bagdogra on the last day, we asked the driver for a known restaurant option rather than local restaurant. However the driver said those options are only in the town and he could not go there, leading to no lunch stoppage. Would have preferred if our request could have been accomodated as we had ample time.

Regarding the hotels, while some bedsheets weren't changed, the views from the hotel rooms were breathtaking. Particularly, the view from the Punakha hotel was amazing

My husband and I visited Bhutan in July 2024 and chose All Ways Tours and Travel to plan our trip. As vegetarians, we were initially concerned about the food, but Mr. Kel and Mr. Lama ensured we enjoyed delicious meals throughout the trip, particularly the local Bhutanese dishes. Mr. Kel was an exceptional guide, sharing wonderful insights into Bhutan's rich culture, accommodating last-minute requests, and creating memorable experiences, such as playing archery and darts along with local children and inviting us for a hearty lunch at his home with his family. No one else could have guided us better. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I highly recommend All Ways Tours and Travel for anyone planning a visit to Bhutan. Exploring Bhutan's stunning landscapes, especially the awe-inspiring Cha le la pass, and conquering the challenging Tiger Nest hike were highlights.
