I never thought I will experience my first Bhutan trip to be so wonderful... Specially because of my travel agent Mr. Harry, my tour guide Mr. Diliram Dahal and his friend who was our driver... They were so friendly that I felt like I wasn't in other country, like I was visiting my home... Even when I was in trouble, they helped me with ease... They treated us like family and made my decision to visit Bhutan worth it... I would love to chose Travel Triangle again...

The overall experience was very good. Our driver and travel guide in Bhutan were vert cooperative and accommodating. They made our experience worthwhile. The only part which was unpleasant was our driver who dropped us to Bhutan border on 27th, he was rude and was not cooperative at all.

It was no doubt a great experience, to start with travel agents altered the plan as we needed and were there for us throughout. Driver and guide were good too.. We felt the day could have been started before 9 so v can cover more places. Hotels were decent except for the one in paro.. bathroom had flooded and food was also not served enough for us. Phunaka Dzong! ❤️

Our Bhutan trip of 5 nights and 6 days was wonderful with Ad Tours and Travels. The trip was organized by Mr. Meg Tamang, the tour operator, a very nice gentleman who I was in contact with all the time. All the hotels were neat and clean, I genuinely cannot fault a thing from the whole experience start to end. We were given a nice SUV for the whole tour. Our guide Ugyen and driver Sonam were the best. They both were very patient with us. Ugyen was able to give us all the details of the sites we visited. Driver Sonam was a perfect and reliable driver during the whole time through the mountains. His driving skills were really superb and appreciable. Both of them were very cheerful and pleasant throughout the time with us and very helpful. Never had any hiccups during all the days. GREAT SERVICE. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. NICE MEMORIES OF BEAUTIFUL BHUTAN AND BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE.

The itenary was planned well. Special mention to Deepa from AD tours and travels for coordinating and being always available over call / message throughout the trip. Our guide Dorji and Shring were good and friendly. They took care of us as guests and not just tourists. They shared stories which helped us to understand the Bhutan's local culture. I had the best experience to Bhutan. Mrs.Khina did an exceptionally well with our trip and her team was so great. Our guide Tashi and driver Keshav was so amazing that we felt so good that at last we didn't felt like going back. Bhutan Inc is just beyond words and the work Mrs. Khina did was impeccable. And they even gave us small surprise by sending a anniversary cake for my parents. We all felt like home in Bhutan. An amazing place with this kind of service made everything just perfect. The trip was good. Positive things: Accomodation was good, Food was good, Vehicles arrived in time. Guides were OK. Negative things: In our group 4pax were US citizens. We have informed this to the agent a few months before. The agent informed us that they have to pay SDF charges of $100 per day. but not informed about US citizens obtain Visa before arriving in Bhutan. This lead to 4pax denay entry to flight. 2pax arrived to Bhutan after 1 day and another 2 pax arrive after 2days due to this issue. During hike to Tigers nest only 1 guide was avilable for the group of about 25 people and this lead to delays. One of the programme called Live Musium is not worth for the entrance fee of Nu1000 per pax.

Hotels were upto the Mark but the food and break fast options so were so Minimal. They have has so very less options and it was the same for 2 days with no variety. Even though there were very less guests at the given day/time the break fast and the food were not upto the mark/Satisfactory.

Overall the trip was good, but some small issues were there like - 1.The hotel at Thimpu, Lemon tree resort make us wait for 1 hour to complete checkin process and didn’t able to provide us the wifi access , which was frustrating. 2.The hotel at Paro tshongdu boutique, had smelly washroom. 3.And most importantly, travel triangle charges convenience fee of 300 per person and all the payment modes have extra charges except for the NEFT. Tiger nest hiking.
