Overall experience is great. The service they have provided is also very good. You can directly communicate with them at any time and they will try to resolve the queries instantly. The only thing I don't like is you have to wait at reception after checkout because the ferry time was not correct according to the checkout timing. And sometimes the cab they send is not in good condition.
