April 24-26- Itinerary- POSITIVE FEEDBACK The stay - Legian Paradiso - Prime location, heated pool, room service, shopping centre nearby. Travel & excursion- Super spacious vehicle & road travel was good April26-29- Itinerary- The stay- Bakung Villa, ubud - Located inside an artery road. Drivers find it difficult to locate the hotel during our check in date-26th April. Not much happening inside this sleepy village (but a PEACEFUL place). Restaurants closed by 9pm, villa kitchen close by 830pm last order. We are always in a hurry to reach Bakung stay by 7pm. Nearest market was 3.5 km away The property was not well maintained- broken door locks (repaired immediately after our complaint), unkept pools. SOMEHOW WE MANAGED The staff: at Bakung was helpful to arrange first aid quickly for my 4 YO son, we hurt himself in leg while playing POSITIVE: Expected single room villa, amazed by double bed duplex villa. 5-star for the surprise Travel & excursion- Super spacious vehicle & road travel was good.

Our trip was very good. Tour hunters team has really done good job , both in choosing the hotels , transport and response during the trip. Abhay was the first person who created our package and then Muskaan was in contact all through until our trip was done. Package they created was good, entry tickets at all the places was included. We had booked a trip to Bali on TRAVELOPE through TRAVEL TRIANGLE. It was a very smooth going trip the drivers and guides were all friendly and we had no problem in any point of the trip ,we stayed in KUTA for 3 nights and UBUD for 2 nights and UBUD was the best place to ever visit. But one suggestion I'd like to make is to never opt for staying in KUTA if you are travelling with family as KUTA is more of nightlife ,Hence it isn't family friendly instead OPT to stay in SEMINYAK or UBUD which is better and SEMINYAK has many Indian restaurants which provide authentic Indian food . But overall the trip was really good it was all worth the cost we had to pay

The trip was overall great. The property in Ubud, Umae Villa did not meet the expectations. The property looked beautiful only during the day. At night, the property looked scary as the lights were too dim and was surrounded by plants. I saw a lizard more that a feet long and since then i was not able to step out alone. Also, all the walls including the ones of washroom are of glass. No privacy at all. Honeymoon couples might like it, but family with kids do not like it at all. Also, the hotels serves just 1 dish for breakfast which is not sufficient for 1 person. No buffet breakfast. The staff couldn't understanding English and therefore it became very difficult to communicate. Kana Kuta hotel was very good. Very friendly staff and the property had all the facilities. Driver was good. The places to visit in a day could have been planned better as it was not possible to visit all the places planned in a day. Either we just scan through the place and go to the next place or if we enjoy we miss out on places.

Stay in Ubud luwih Villa was great. Travel agent "My Musafir" was flexible and supportive. Nusa Penida island driver was good. But drivers assigned for the trip were are not good except Nusa Penida driver. They are coming late. Because of that we have to squeeze our time in each sight seeing to cover as per itenary. Drivers were not cooperative and flexible. Not even stopping for lunch. They have not treated us like customers.

Everything was fine except the food provided in Nusa penida. Not everyone tries new food, few people are reserved with food. My suggestion is to provide an option to choose preferred food. That way it helps and food doesn’t get wasted. The driver was responsible and Nusa penida driver was friendly!
