Our trip to srilanka was a great experience. The entry fares to the places which we visited was not similar to that mentioned earlier.. The trip advisor was not in contact nor replied as we reached to srilanka. Though in planning the trip he was helpful. Hope the communication goes proper with the travellers. Cab driver was helpful but a little more patience is required. We celebrated our anniversary. The hotel arrangements where very good as mentioned to trip advisor .

Our trip to srilanka was amazing, everything was very nicely arranged, we loved the service provided by travel triangle with the arrangements special mention to our driver kumar who was so amazing, caring nd showed us every place drived continuously with long journey which is really difficult so need to work little bit on that side as it gets hectic with such long travels. Thanks to our travel agent in india Vishal for being so patient and always available and arranging the whole trip so beautifully. At last I would like to add on hotels , our stay was one of the amazing thing in srilanka but for hotel oak ray in nuwara eliya would like to add one thing that hotel, service everything is very nice but this hotel does not have AC in rooms so it's get little hotter in the room to stay in the afternoon. Well planned trip, excellent service. However, some hotels were not accessible as they only had stairs to go to the rooms which wasn't suitable to the older aged traveller's. Driving through the tea estates and visiting the beaches at twilight

Overall experience is very good. What I observed one thing in this trip is we were not aware of costumes wearing in temples. When we visited temples they were not allowing us inside and told to drape the scarf. So I request when you send itinerary please mention these things in brief so that trip will go in smooth way.

TravelTriangle(TT): I came across TT while planning for an vacation to SriLanka. This is the first time using TT to book my vacation and I must say, this was the right decision. TT helps you connect with different agents and you can choose your iterary accordingly. DirectLink(DL): I was in touch with Nurshida from DL. She gave me a clear itenary and all the details required for the trip(Info on Visa, entry charges etc) Atheek was the driver assigned to us. He was friendly and cordial. He drives well and helped us reach our destinations on time. All the hotels assigned to us were good and we had a pleasant stay at all the places. Only place where we could not enjoy was Nuwara Eliya. Here the weather was very cold(13 degrees C) and frequently raining. Suggestions for DL: 1. Spent 2 days in Nuwara Eliya, and the weather was not favorable. Please see to that on such occasions change the destination or cut short the number of days. 2. Please keep a list of entry/Close timings for all the tourist places and abide by it. We wanted to visit Bhakta Hanuman Temple, but temple was closed.(Reached at 1.00 PM, temple closes by 12.30PM and again opens at 3.30PM) Overall our trip to SriLanka was amazing. Both of them were really helpful and friendly. Our tour guide cum driver could not have been any better who was really polite, punctual and took care of all our needs that were required in Sri Lanka. My Grandparents and I recently had the pleasure of exploring Sri Lanka with Discover Ceylon Tours, and I must say it was an incredible experience from beginning to end. From the moment I contacted them, their team was very responsive, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. We had a lot of complementary places to visit including a beautiful tea estate and a fully guided spice garden and a spice shop with all the spices available in Sri Lanka. Since we were Tamilians, The agency especially got us a specific Tamil driver. One thing I Really appreciate about the agency and especially the Driver is that, once we told him that my grandfather had special medical condition, he took that in to account very seriously unlike other drivers that we had met. He would drive accordingly and drop us near the entrance of the site and then park his car. The driver was always there with us to take care of us especially my grandfather, who he took VERY good care of. He would guide us everywhere because we were new to Sri Lanka. The driver would not hesitate to take us wherever we wanted and would give us extra tips about the wonders of Sri Lanka. He was always cheerful, helpful and adjusting. Kudos to Mr. Nasran (Our Driver). What truly set this agency apart was their attention to detail and commitment to providing a personalized experience. We were a vegetarian faily and they paid special attention to that point and booked us hotels which accommodated this Indian cuisine and diet.
