After a long break of 2 years, this year we went to Andaman for a family vacation for 8 days- 7 nights.. myself contacted with Travel Triangle (Jubilant Travel) to get our trip organised. To describ how was our trip, It was one of the best memories in my life to say the least. We have stayed in lovely hotels, with impeccable service and hospitality, situated at the best of the locations.. travelled with the nicest cab people, had lovely soothing local foods.. ( although a bit expensive) , been to the best of virgin islands of Andaman n experienced breathtaking underwater Marine Life, did the most adventurous water sports and had the best time of our lives.. It was very fantastic vacation for us. We enjoyed the natural beauty of andamans, the beaches are very clean and very picturous. Lezy yatra has planned our tour very nicely. Hotels offered were good. Local sightseeing arrangements were good. Shaifali has worked very hard to finalise our itinarary, may be it has gone for 5-6 revisions. She responded each time very promptly and lot of enthusiasm, thanks shaifali was wonderfull arrangements. Only thing need to taken care is that the road condition from port Blair to Diglipur is very pathetic. You need to alert tourist before booking them for this route. Its torture to travell on that road. We could not complete the sight seeing points suggested in that area as lot of time and energy wasted in the travel. ..

Our 8 days trip is planned well. All our ferry tickets are booked in advance and we followed the timings told by our Local agent. Makruzz cruise from Neil island to Port Blair was awesome. In our 8 days trip, we spent 4 nights at Port Blair. Hotel provided at Port Blair does not have restaurant, but restaurant is mentioned in the Hotel amenities. Hotel is in slum area and have maintenance issues. There is a ferry availability from Diglipur to Port Blair. If we knew this information in advance, we could have avoided 16hours hectic road journey from Diglipur to Port Blair with minor changes in our itinerary. Other than these two issues, we had many sweet memories in our Andaman trip. We are thankful to Dreamz Yatra and Travel Triangle for making our Andaman trip successful.

Pros: Active and Responsive Agent: The agent was consistently proactive and attentive throughout the planning process. She responded promptly to all our queries and concerns without any need for reminders, making the experience smooth and hassle-free. Timely and Well-Maintained Cab Service: Our cab arrived on time, which helped us keep to our schedule efficiently. The vehicle provided was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Excellent Drivers: The drivers assigned to us were exceptional in terms of communication, behavior, and navigation skills. They were respectful, reliable, and made us feel safe throughout our journey. Cons: Lack of Transparency About Hotel Quality (Sea Hills, Port Blair): Although we selected the hotel Sea Hills in Port Blair ourselves, the agent, being familiar with the area, could have advised us about its poor quality. It would have been helpful to receive her local insights, as we later found out that many of the positive Google reviews for this hotel were misleading. Inadequate Vehicle Choice: With a group of seven adults, including four senior citizens and one baby, the Ertiga provided felt cramped for longer drives. A more spacious vehicle, such as a Xylo, would have been ideal for comfort. Unfortunately, this was not considered, which led to some discomfort for our group. Poor Hotel Room Quality in Last Stay (Sea Hills, Port Blair): The room we received at Sea Hills was below standard, with limited space and a bed positioned against the wall, giving a cramped and budget feel. Considering our group size and needs, we had expected a higher-quality room.

The trip was good and well organised. The beauty of the island and it's beaches mesmerize every time. It was a memorable trip. But yes I would like to mention few things which was not that good. It is always advisable to check the hotel recommended by the agents yourself on Google and YouTube before booking. They say that snorkeling is complimentary at Elephanta beach in Havelock Island but there you will find that the agents will not show interest for the complimentary part they will take interest in those customers who will get agree for the paid snorkeling. Don't believe your cab drivers directly for booking of scuba diving, sea walk and other such activities better to go directly on 2-3 counters and see the price and also try to negotiate before booking. Don't book anything in hurry.....take your time and make a wise decision. Also see the type of room you are getting in the hotels and included in your itinerary. Follow the times given to you by your agents because everything is time dependent and you should respect the time of your fellow tourists too. Must visit places are cellular jail & light and sound show, kalapathar beach, Radhanagar beach, laxman pur beach and must try scuba diving for a unbelievable under water adventurous experiences. Hotel hotels of Havelock Island were very pathetic it was not worth what was charged very poor Hotel very very poor hotel on the name of three star and two star they are just bluffing us I stayed in Sinclair bayview my own expense apart from the package I took and experience was very nice it costed me extra + again in Havelock Island the hotel given was so pathetic that again I had to buy a new hotel on my own expense because I was said all the hotels premium hotels were sold out so when I reach there I did a survey and they were a lot of hotels in which rooms for empty so these were the lessons I got on my on expense I had to stay in Havelock Plus Port Blair and the hotel given in Neil Island was also Ultra pathetic..

Apart from the little issues in tour coordination in Havelock Island and a little change of plans in Neil Islands, the trip was more or less as expected. Hotels in Port Blaire and Neil Island were away from any beaches and hence there was not much to do on our own after the planned tour which would usually commence at as early as 6am and end at 2pm. I would tour with PATT again but with more focus on the hotels that they provide us with.

It was a amazing tour. I was highly impressed by the punctuality of cab driver.Actually i was quite nervous whether u all will do, but i m happy enough to be proved wrong. Through every person was very coperative but ANIL sir and his wife RAZI mam is awesome. The only little problem was we haven't got enough time on radha nagar beach, par kahte h na ki bare bare shahron me choti choti bate hoti rahti h. I will definitely recommended my friend to have trip with u. I would like to thanks white shell agency and also to travel triangle for ur honesty and support. Lastly i would like to say that if ever i go to international trip, u will be my priority. Thank u so much for making our trip wonderful. Through i enjoyed every single day but suna and snorkelling was wonderful. We were fortunate enough to see group of JARAWA. I enjoyed marketing a lot. Andaman is really incommensurate.

One of best tour. 10 out of 10 points to whiteshell and their representatives Miss Raji mam and Sunil one Nicely planned by Raji mam and executed by Mr. Sunil. Finished tour on november 19 mid week and since thwn sent aboit 32 yes u read it right 32 tourist to Andaman through whiteshell only... Sorry but haven't understood role of travel triangle it is just a platform to connect nothing else no help from travel triangle. Thanks a lot whiteshell for such a wonderfully planned tour Joouly bouy island best palce to visit, no mans land Clear water and pleasent atmosphere with lush green area will left me amazed.

I got a package for 6 nights and 7 days for 3 paxes (Me, my wife and my 4 yrs old kid). i booked it 3 months in advance before departure. It covered few local spots in Port Blair (PB), Havelock, Neil, Baratang, Ross and North Bay islands. As it is said that nothing goes as per plans, always. On the day before my departure from Delhi to Port Blair, I was informed by the agent that my hotels in PB(which were finalized and booked after long discussion with Premila) are changed. The reason given was that the hotel got a group booking and therefore my booking is cancelled. This is totally against work ethics of the industry. I was totally disappointed. I discussed the issue with Premila as well as Mr. Ankesh of Travel Triangle (TT) but they showed complete helplessness on this issue. The whole excitement for this trip disappeared. Both of them tried to convince me till last moment that the newly offered hotels are also good. But my disappointment came true, at least in case of PB hotels. On the other hand, Premila provided us best possible support and seamless coordination throughout our trip. Specially want to mention our Cab driver in PB, Sumit. Superb hunk guy. My kid felt ill in Neil. She kept taking updates on it and personally visited us twice to get our well being. Overall, It was an unforgettable family trip which gave us opportunity to create lots of memories, to understand the life, thoughts, and feelings of Islanders thousand of kms away from the mainland. Lot of thanks to Premila, Littan, Sumit and rest all who supported us with there warm hospitality. See you guys, may be some other time again. But disappointing response from TT.
