Kerala trip was awesome we didn't face any problems as such. But Back2travel agent provided wrong itenary which didn't match with local agent so had issues while traveling.

We recently went on a personalised 7N 8D trip to Kerala through Namaskaram Travels. Right from the airport pickup to last day airport drop was well planned by them and executed perfectly. The itinerary was well thought of without any wastage of time or day. The hotels were nice. What I really liked was Ankit kept in touch with me right from the time I landed in Trivandrum till I caught my flight back home in Cochin. He ensured that everything went smoothly and without any hassles. Keep up the good work guys. Overall it was a great trip. Hotel locations were pretty good. Specially liked Munnar Blanket resort, which had really great hospitality and service. Our main cab and cab driver were great too. Ranjith (our cab driver) was very polite, punctual and cooperative. Alleppey houseboat was disappointing experience, as the houseboat was not so great, and weather too hot. We could have probably skipped Alleppey altogether. Poovar island resort was a great property but service and floating villas maintenance was really poor. Kochi, Sea lagoon resort was again a great property at amazing location, but poor hospitality and food options. We had a different cab for a day in Kochi, which was a pathetic experience as the driver took us to a random sight seeing trip which we did not plan, and also did not stay back full day as was expected. At this point, there was no helpful response from our travel agent too.

Had a wonderful trip! Having the car around with a very reliable driver was the best part. The travel agents handled the whole trip well and I could pay the amounts through instalments to the driver during the trip, which was a relief. I was caught up in the Kerala bandhs during my trip and the travel agents were very helpful and caring and advised me and kept me updated, which is a very commendable thing. I would love to travel with Travel Triangle again someday in the future. :)

All the properties were great as promised. My travel advisor Mr. Nitin was very helpful and polite. Driver was supposed to be driver cum guide but he didn't provide us proper information. Dams in Munnar close boating around 4-5 pm. We reached everywhere at closing time. We also reached Houseboat at 2 pm, we had asked our driver what time we should checkout and leave for Allaphuza, we wanted to reach atleast by 12. He told us leaving 9:30 - 10:00 should be enough to reach on time but we were late. It was the same story all the time. After our first day experience we had to always keep track of him on what the plan was to make sure things went well but sometimes it wasn't possible. He would randomly change plans without consulting us. He was not a good guide. House boat experience was also not good. We did not get the boat arrangements like promised, also the Houseboat guy did not show us around the boat but kept our bags in boat and left. We realized the arrangements were not good after the boat trip started. Overall we did not get our Money's worth. We were also promised Honeymoon inclusions which were not provided. We expected booking through Travel agent will make our trip efficient but it was not the case, a better guide would have made a lot of difference. He was good as a driver but not as a guide.

I was traveling alone. There was not one place nor any moment when I felt afraid or unsafe. My guide and driver is a gentleman, a knowledgeable guide and was always willing to help. He has patiently answered my many questions. His driving skills are excellent. I enjoyed my trip so much because my guide was a thorough professional and the hotels where I stayed were all neat and clean and the hotel staff were helpful and smiling always.

It was a wonderful experience to plan our tour with KY Holiday. They have done all requirements as required by us. Amrita Mam has arranged our tour very well. Hotels were good at all places, kodinkanal resort was best among all. Also cab driver(Hussain) was well trained and professional. All sightseeing was covered by him. Vihaar team (Akhilesh) did a very good job while booking the hotels and planning the itinerary for my trip to Kerala. Senior person (Prateesh) was personally involved while planning the itinerary as he is local to Kerala. The tour was very much comfortable. The itinerary was planned in such a way that we were not tired throughout the trip of 9 days long. No hassles while checking in the hotels and getting the cabs. The cab driver's (Jitish) behavior was excellent. He had a very good knowledge about the destinations and gave good shopping recommendations which were like "cherry on the cake". I fully recommend Vihaar for Kerala tour.
