Waited 20-25 mins after coming out of airport before driver could pick us up. On reaching the hotel (highly recommended by travel agency), waited for 45 mins before I could get a room (numerous phone calls in meantime wherein I was put in charge to talk to hotel owner rather agency doing it, lol). At lunchtime, hotel denied serving lunch which now tested my patience and I furiously complained to Bhawna and local contact Sushant. Sushant can't handle criticism very well and walks with tons of attitude. Rather agency telling me my driver, schedule for coming days, I had to repeatedly ask Bhawna, Sushant to let me know driver, car details for Pangong Nubra trip, something I hope to be shared preemptively by touring agency. I had to cut short my trip and leave couple of days early because of emergency at home, I was supposed to get Airport drop as part of package, I informed both Bhawna\Sushant about me leaving for airport in afternoon, but none of them even acknowledged my message, forget about sending a cab to airport.Cherry on the cake, my stay in Pangong. I had booked 'Norling Cozy' overlooking the Pangong lake, upon reaching there I was denied admission and sent 3 -5 kms away in their second property which was utterly shabby in comparison to what I had booked. Pangong is a place where nothing other then BSNL works, so you are stuck in a spot where you can't even call the Agency. I shared what happened with me, hope it helps you in making a call to book with these liars. Hotels : Good Cab & Driver : Satisfactory Services of Travel Agent : Minor Issues

The travel experience was really good. The place was amazing. Travel agent kept the permits and things ready. Hotels were really good except for the stay in Tso Moriri it was changed last minute and even the travel agent was not informed about the same. This is why one less star to the travel.agents. it is their duty to check a day prior with the hotels about the booking of their customers.

Good trip with good stays at Dorjee Camp at Sarchu, Tsomoriri Inn cottage, Pangtso Cottage at Pangong Tso, Wooden Nest Cottage at Hunder and best of all very friendly staff and excellent service amid the tough terrain. But, Ladakh Marvel Hotel in Leh was a very poor choice as the staff is insincere and casual beyond measure, will suggest all to skip this hotel. Vehicle provided was an old and rugged Xylo but driver Dorji was excellent. In all Mr Sushant of the Travel Agency, Leh Ladakh Travels was helpful and the trip was well planned and executed except for the stay at Leh.

Friendly drivers provided: We have been provided very friendly drivers Ahmad, Bashir, and Thinglay who helped us to make our tour comfortable and memorable. Especially Thinglay who was with us for more than 6 days and was very friendly and very kind person. I still remember his words such as "OKHAY" and "No problem" He really shared his experience and he really has courage to drive the cars in mountain roads. His capability to drive is uncommendable. Also he was always accurate about the destination and time to each location. He made our journey very comfortable and have also taken some photos of us we all three are thankful to Vivek for providing such a nice man to drive us into local ladakh places. We were so thankful to Thinglay as he shared many cultural rituals happening in Ladakh region and we are able to compare it with our rituals. Especially I love to write this is "Thinglay didn't have taken any U-turn because of missing any turn throughout our journey of almost 1200 Kms" All the high altitude roads and passes he helped us to overcome the side-effects of Low Oxigen symptioms Because of Thinglay and Vivek we will definately plan our whole family trip to Zanskar and Spiti valley in comming days. TravoGuider is an excellent choice for those looking to explore Kashmir and Ladakh with the guidance of knowledgeable locals. The personalized service, attention to detail, and focus on safety make it a worthwhile investment for a memorable trip.

We had a great overall experience with TripTrail. In Kashmir and Ladakh due to cab driver union, the cab and driver changed. The first driver allocated to us was amazing. His name was Nubroo cab number ending with 9072. He was very helpful in explaining about places and he even assisted us in taking our pics. I give 5 star for Nubroo (cab number ending 9072). He was with us from leh to nubra valley then to pangong tso and then back to leh. The second cab driver Aga (cab number ending with 9070) was not good. He was an escapist. He kept asking if we can avoid visiting the places in itinerary and kept showing disinterested in driving and even lied to us openly saying this place is not good let us skip it. Such drivers give bad experience to tourists. He was there with us from leh to srinagar. The Srinagar driver Shakeel (cab number ending with 6470) was average. First day he tried his best to be professional. Next day onwards he showed minor disinterest and he even argued with Indian Army official in one incident. I feel such things is common among drivers in that region. He was with us for Kashmir local sight seeing. Hotels booked by TripTrail was very good. We loved the choice of hotels provided by them. 1. Sangaylay palace at leh - excellent rooms and food. 2. Organic boutique hunder - excellent view and organic food. 3. Royal foster pangong - here the owner of cottage was very helpful. 4. Chutuk heights Kargil - excellent view of Suru river. 5. Dawn house boat dal lake srinagar - excellent houseboat experience 6. Hotel blossom Srinagar - Good and safe environment. The travel agent was very helpful and always available on call. Overall I am happy that I chose triptrail.

The whole trip was worth it, and all things worked out pretty well. All hotels / stay and food were good... Especially Leh Hotel - Hotel Utpala Retreat was excellent and impressive. The rooms are spacious and very clean. All staff is so nice and has great service mind, food was delicious... Vehicle and driver both were excellent. He has very good driving skills in hilly areas and snow covered roads. He helps in every manner possible during the entire trip. Rinki and Lazyatra team arranged the entire trip very well, and it was a well planned trip. They were constantly in touch. Rinki was always available online for any help. Great

Travel agent was very nice. They were available like 24*7. All the communication were very clear and on time. We are 100% happy with the Travel agent Sky tour and travels. The whole Ladhak region is mesmerising but if i have to choose best out of it then it is Pangong lake and light show at Hall of Fame .

We had a last minute booking with LazyYatra and even then Mr. Yugal made sure we had the most memorable trip. Every detail of the trip was planned in advance with inch perfection. The stay was comfortable, food was great and ride was smooth. Our driver, Mr Wangdu, was a great person to share a ride with. He made sure, we were always comfortable and enjoying Ladakh to the fullest. He went out of his way on a few occasions to help us out as our phones had no connectivity there. Overall, I would rate this experience as A1 and would love to enjoy another trip planned by LazyYatra!

The trip arranged by Leh Ladakh Journey was very nice. The camp and cottage accommodations arranged in Nubra and Pangong could have been better as facilities provided there is extremely poor. If you have health problem Ladakh is not the place to visit because of lack of oxygen in the higher altitude. Otherwise the scenic beauty is unbelievable.
