Ashlee Hub hotel patong is excellent for its location and facilities. Rooms are large and hotel staff is courteous. Bankok D Varee xpress Makkasan is a very bad choice of hotel. Rooms are very small and stinky and AC is not comfortable. Its location is very bad due to flyover construction just besides it leading to heavy traffic jam and i dont suggest anyone for it. None of the tour coordiator in bangkok contacted us and kun Vicky is not at all reachable on his phone. Phuket stay and phi phi island visit

1. Didn't get English speaking driver, although were promised, later we got told by it's prohibited by Thailand Govt. (don't know the truth) 2. We asked for a local well-known driver who could take us to all the marketplaces nearby Bangkok, we kept one day for shopping just for that, and the only reason we were in Bangkok for shopping, was as we paid some extra amount for that was well, we didn't get the well-guided driver at the first place, so all the places we have been to are closed. Like Chatuchak Market, Asiatique etc. 3. I got the Hotel Khurana Inn room without a single window, as it wasn't available. It was smelly and damp, ask the agent said to complain to the Hotel authority as he can't help. 4. In Krabi we were promised a longtail boat tour for the whole day, but instead got a speed boat for some reason without us even asking as they thought it was an upgrade. 5. Supposed to go to Phuket by Boat from Krabi, though it will be a wonderful picturesque ocean ride. I got a car without information, again later after a call with the agent he told me it was an upgrade. Mom is car sick as we informed you before booking but we got the car anyway. 6. I probably 10 times asked and confirmed that I want to go to Maya Bay, but even the day before our Phi Phi Island tour, we didn't get, again without information as again got to know that Big boats can't visit Maya Bay but we got big boat anyway. I hoped that Travel Triangle would help, but they didn't as Travel Teach keep on telling lies. So instead of Travel Triangle believing us, they took their agent's side. I don't recommend it at all. They will sell something and later will give you something else without your consent.

The trip was well planned by Mr Sunil Arya but on destination I got lot of shocks like changing of hotel at phuket even without intimating me causing lot of harrassment and then in Bangkok hotel quality was very poor and my purpose of family trip for new year celebration got defeated and in no cases they were ready to accept their fault.Many members are there in wapp group to assist traveller, as they claim, but they do not have time to assist traveller after they got full money from them.
