Well the hotel given to us for first four days of the tour was not upto the mark. They didn't have any facility for customers. It had only breakfast system which came from their primary hotel. The hotel didn't have lunch and dinner neither any help during emergency.

Feedback on Bali Trip *Positive:* 1. Activities were well planned by AGA agents. 2. Wonderful hotel locations of Risata bali. 3. Good overall stay and transfers. 4. Agents of Indo Jaya and AGA was in continuous touch for any help. *Negative:* 1. Full moon Vila stay is not comfortable in spite of good environment, because of limited veg items(even normal items like dal chapati etc were not available), not-updated menu card for charges and additional charges like service tax over and above their higher price than Risata bali hotel. 2. Yoga was good as a driver but not as good as a guide because of the introverted nature.

Had a great Honeymoon Trip planned by travel triangle team. Enjoyed a great experience throughout our trip to Bali. Especially the luxurious stay we had in Bakung Sari Resort in Kuta suggested by the team. The pleasant stay at the resort with good ambience for Honeymoon couple to enjoy the trip. Only one drawback with the stay at Ubud Bakung Sari Villa rooms are not up to the mark and where we need to change the rooms for almost 3 times due to issues with the locks. Each and every day team has planned our site seeing and unwavering comfort... Due to proper response and guidance in choosing our destination, we had a clear overview of the trip even before we started from our home. The hassle-free transportation from the airport pickup to hotel rooms and to various site seeing and back to airport drops were a cherry on top.. because the entire trip was customised based on the understanding of our requirements by the team.. The trip covered the entire Bali island and the most famous Ubud Market,Bali Swing attractions of Bali. We had the chance to enjoy both the touch of nature's pleasure in Ubud and Kuta. We thank the entire Team. Our Special thanks to the Bhawana from Travel Triangle Ponnam from indo Jaya travels Arya our driver from indo Jaya travels Harris our driver from indo Jaya travels.

Hotel in Kuta was not as good as expected. Agent booked for three people, but, we had to pay for extra bedding for 1 person at hotel. Later, the agent even said he could not do anything in that. Seems like he had booked for two and already knew that once out of India, traveller will have to pay extra at location. Nusa Penida trip

We had a great time…… only thing that was not good was the lunch that was included in the itenary….. we got burned stuffs…… that was not at all good….. when including something in the itenary…..do make sure that good food is provided….. otherwise don’t include….. that is one suggestion….. otherwise we enjoyed the whole trip….. made lot of good memories….Thank u travel Triangle for arranging a good memorable trip to Bali……

Our cab driver was very polite, helpful and he is good. Hotels were good, but there should be some more food options in buffet breakfasts. Also for medical emergencies there should be some help given. We were in distress when one of our friend fell sick. There was no right help given. Emergency contacts didn’t answer our calls. Our booking with Villa had some facilities mentioned in our package.. but agents in Bali wasn’t communicated about it. Any clarifications we asked wasn’t answered right by agents, which made us discomfort.
