1. Ms Shilpi Jain from TT was really professional and supportive. She was quite cooperative in planning phase and also during the trip itself. She deserves 10/10 2. Local driver cum guide for the trip - Mr Gus Tino, wasn't upto the mark. He changed itinerary as per his own choice and will. On day one he made us travel 7 hours on road and still we couldn't tour Uluwatu Temple and missed Kecak dance too just because Mr Gus decided to changed itinerary on his own. It was really horrible start to the trip., We missed dinner at Indian restaurant and ended up eating packaged cold food at hotel late in the night. Mr Gus wasnt aware about local attractions, their timings, attire required, food availability, etc. He depended on Google maps for planning the trip daily. Only saving grace was that he was a good driver. 3. Indian food at Ubud was good (Ganesha restaurant was really good). Suggestion - You should include Kailash Parbat Restaurant in Ubud as its the best one around. 4. At Kuta, Queens restaurant was really not upto the mark. 5. Also at these restaurants, I felt they considered Prepaid Indian Tourists as liability. 6. At both the hotels (Bintang Bali resort as well as Sthala resort), we were given last room at extreme end of the property. Hotel staff was really good but we paid for 5 star property so expected good rooms with better location. Breakfast was fine. 7. Booking, payments, follow-up with TT was really good 10/10 One suggestion: Kindly whatsapp/text the number of person/driver who's going to receive the tourist at airport. Its impossible to find your name among thousands of people holding placards.

Our trip to Bali was amazing. It was time well spent with family. Firstly, Kudos to Ms. Tapasya Dudeja for helping us throughout the package. She curated a package with so much love and included each and every activity or local sightseeing that I had requested. Moreover, she also suggested a few amazing places in her knowledge that we were not aware of. Thanks Tapasya!! Our trip started with a warm welcome at the airport with flowers and drink. We stayed at different hotels in Kuta and Ubud. Both the hotels were amazing, giving us a warm and comfortable stay. The credit again goes to Tapasya for helping us select the hotels. Each activity was well performed. However, the day trip to NUSA PENIDA ISLAND was wasted because of the BALI DOLPHIN TEAM. They kept the fast boat in the middle of water for around 2 hours, not allowing anyone to go to the shore. They claimed for the water to be not clear and hence no activity like Snorkeling was carried out whereas other people were seen enjoying the water sports. This wasted a lot of time and we could not enjoy the beach and visit all the places on the Island. Moreover, on our return journey, the fast boat was out of fuel. So, we were again in the middle of water for another hour. Also, on the day of Scuba, the BALI DOLPHIN team was claiming for the tides to be high but after a lot of talking, they were convinced to go for Scuba. Bali Swing is a must visit place. Apart from this, we enjoyed every activity thoroughly. Kudos to our driver Mr. Made from Indo Jaya Travels. He is a nice man and showed us around Bali very well. He did not hesitate at all to take the extra mile to make us happy. Cheers to the team! Thanks for a memorable trip!!

Ms Diksha helped us with regard to booking Hotels ,Cabs and a Day trip to Nusa Panida ,and tramsfers to Gili Island Diksha was in touch with us through out the trip and cordinated well right from the preparing quote till the end of the Trip We stayed in Ini Vie Villa in kuta ,Aston Sunset Hotel in Gilli , and Bhanusweri Villa Ubud Ini vie Villa was excellent choice , Aston was great to stay ,excellent hospitality and service , while Bhanusweri Villas in Ubud not upto the mark , Our Agent had prommiseed complimentry Free Drinks at Bhanusweri but the hotel says its not included in the package We had a day trip to Nusa Panida - The trip was par , The Driver cum guide was rushing through the destinations to complete the day trip and didnt even spare time to explore the islands ,or to take some good snaps . If visiting Nusa Panida try to visit for at least 2 days to explore Overall the experiance was fine

I had planned a Bali trip for my parents in June 2019. They had a wonderful experience during the trip. The driver Mardy was friendly and had helped my parents have a seamless experience in the trip. The accommodations provided were excellent. Rooms were spacious and clean and hotels were located at prime locations in Kuta and Ubud. I would like to specially mention the Lembongan island cruise trip,where my parents loved the total experience including the beach side resort accommodation provided and the cruise. About the food you have to try the local Balinese food more as the Indian food they provide will never be comparable to the food in india. All in all I'm happy that ii instead of booking all by myself I booked through travel triangle and happy holidays so i could enjoy without any worries. The watersports package booked could be including more sports as i booked sea walker activity by myself and had to bargain a lott. The best part of the trip was staying at bubble hotel which i told them to book. It will be a memory for our life time.
