I recently booked a trip to Ladakh through Tripita via Travel triangle and I couldn't be more impressed with the exceptional service they provided. The driver (Gyatso) assigned to us for the entire trip was not only knowledgeable about the area but also incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our journey even more enjoyable. Despite facing unexpected challenges like extreme cold in Pangong, our travel agent Shefali Jain proved to be incredibly helpful and responsive. When we needed to make last-minute changes to our itinerary for a more comfortable stay, they quickly arranged everything, ensuring that our trip remained smooth and hassle-free. What truly stood out for me was the personalized attention and flexibility offered by the travel agent. They took the time to understand our needs and preferences, customizing the package accordingly to ensure that we had the best possible experience. Overall, my experience with Shefali and Tripita was nothing short of fantastic. Their ability to adapt to changing circumstances made our trip to Ladakh truly memorable. Everything was good but just want to request pls don't change the hotel at the last moment...the options i got for replacement were not as per the price i paid so had a discussion with the owner and then he assigned a decent hotel after changing 2 hotels. Rest was good. Camel ride

I went to Leh along with my family for a period of 7 days. During my trip, I made a visit to Leh, Nubra Valley via Khardungla Pass, Pangong Tso, Tso moriri and Chumathang Hot springs through some breathtaking views during the ride. My stay at Hotel Kidar, Leh is excellent with great hospitality and some great food. At Nubra Valley, I have stayed at The Bangay, Hunder, Nubra which is a new property with great scenary and spacious rooms. I have enjoyed the stay at Nubra Valley. Thereafter, I have stayed at the Royal Foster Cottage at Pangong Tso which is located beside the lake with marvelous view of the lake and surrounding mountains and at Tso moriri I have stayed at Tsomoriri lake view hotel which is one of the busiest property at that location with beautiful rooms. The driver allotted to us was so good and have guided us properly so that all the sightseeing places can be covered in time and he was friendly and kind enough. The total trip was well coordinated and arranged without any hiccups by Mr. Akhil Sharma of Lazyatra who have continuously monitored our trip schedules and our health condition from time to time since ladakh is well known for its adverse climate due to its location at high altitudes and cold waves. Overall it is a great experience travelling with Lazyatra and special mention to Mr. Akhil Sharma for his coordination in having a successful trip with my family with lots of memories.

Overall a good trip . Driver drove well .. But when u say driver cum guide - I think he should give information abt the places we are visiting as well .. -otherwise u just mention -driver .. But driver who drove us was really helpful and knew roads well ..and his driving skills were excellent. Hotel reenam was good Paramount we had a bad experience we told, apart from that had a nice stay. Nirvana was good,staff was nice .. But there were better looking tents around ..so I guess it would have been nice to know abt their rates etc . Hotel imperial - really happy with food . Overall an amazing trip with good accomodation and transport . We are happy .

My family enjoyed ladakh tour. The arrangements were done right. Special mention to Mr. Shyam, our travel agent from AMAZING INDIA ROUTES, he was very cooperative and always available on call, even at night for any kind of emergency. The cabs could be little better. But overall everything was good.

Milli tours and travels planned our Leh-Ladakh trip. I was in constant touch with the agent but they didn't have the due diligence in managing the trip. I have had informed right from Day 1 that two of my friends who were joining the trip are international travelers who were from one of the SAARC countries, however, the agent had no diligence but asked for AADHAR card details just one day before the trip started and then started various stories without AADHAR card the permits cannot be obtained and so on. In reality, I and my friends have had shared the passport and other details about 20 days in advance before the trip which was pretty much enough time for them to plan and obtain all the necessary permits. At last, my friends didn't get the permit that is required to visit Nubra and Pangong, instead, they were put on a trip to Srinagar, Kargil, Sonamarg, and Alchi (which was good), however, not what they intended to visit. With this, I'd say that the tour operator needs to be diligent in organizing. Also, the other group (we group of 3) when we went to Nubra faced issues where things were miscommunicated and were put to another camp than what we had actually booked, and in Pangong Lake, we were provided only one room instead of 2 that we had booked. We faced quite a few hassles during the entire trip. However, the best part was the good and safe driver, who drove us safely to locations. Ladakhi people are warm and helpful, enjoyed visiting Ladakh, however, definitely not the best experience with Milli Group of Tour Travels. I'd suggest that they take due diligence when they're organizing trips. It is highly unlikely that I'd suggest them to anyone.

The mettle of a business is truly tested in time of crisis. We booked our Ladakh tour with Priyanshu early in April. While we were there, operation sindoor gained steam and our return flights got canceled. Priyanshu stood with us throughout. He took calls late in the evening, ensured we felt heard and safe at all times. This shows the extent of care and responsibility. He was exemplary in conduct and regularly checked in. The itinerary was top notch, hotels were great and the driver assigned was extremely supportive. I would happily rebook with them for my future travels!

They are taken total amount, and provided old Tata vehicle , Normal hotels They provided which are not having even hot water facility, The driver age is 20 years, Two times luckly escaped from accidents and finally he done a accident in 20 ft road with 80kms speed . Luckily we escaped from a big accident. After sending videos and pics local Travel agent send new driver with vehicle. Ladakh Country Inn was great. Had an amazing stay experience and the hospitality of the host. The camp stay at Nubra was the worst(De Nubra). Even found a fly in my coffee, didn't get any hot water even in the designated timings. Pangong stay was average. The driver for the tour was very helpful.
