Giving 4 star only because of the travel agent ayush from pocket friendly vacations. He helped us plan the trip and provided quick response whenever required. Our trip was to Mauritius for 7 days. Their local team sucks. Not helpful and no response on time. They gave no proper updates and i had to followup with them all the time. Cab drivers on the other hand were very nice and friendly and assisted us everytime.

We booked our trip through Red Letter Holidays and had mixed reviews. The Resort was great although one goof up made by our agent was that he had mentioned a complimentary candle light dinner at the hotel which the hotel denied. We had to speak to the reception ourselves to get the dinner reservation made. In addition, I believe the schedule can be changed to remove the North Island tour since it does not have much to offer and seems like a day wasted. The water activities especially Undersea walk and Parasailing fail to live upto the expectation. For undersea walk we were promised 15 minutes of activity but hardly spent 3-4 minutes doing the undersea walk, parasailing lasted for less than 2 minutes!!!! almost all travelers along with us were disappointed with the water activities. The Travel agents should work with other vendors to ensure that travelers are getting what was promised.

It was a good trip of Mauritius. I would like to thank Aaojao & Richa team for their timely assistance and support. Meanwhile the package which included the tourist places should be improved as in the first 2 days all the places which we visited was ok-ish and felt like waste of time. Also the tours should stop at better places for lunch and not the like anywhere. Tours should be improved as per their schedule and activities to be done.
