Overall trip was good and driver was also good and has proper knowledge of places wherever we went. Mocham hotel in Shillong did not have proper staff or services. Rest everything were good

Tour was planned very efficiently by Ms. Nikitha Reify. All hotels arranged were good and liked by the family members. Itinerary was provided well in advance. Itinerary covered all tourist destinations very efficiently. Ms.Nikitha kept in touch with me on regular basis to ensure the tour is as per plan. Cab and driver were great. Driver Mr.Krishna is very polite and professional. At no time he breached the traffic regulations and maintained the speed in limits.Family members enjoyed his company. Good job and looking forward to plan another trip next year and will recommend to friends.

Sizra from unexplored trip should be more proactive after the booking is made. I specifically told that in the trip senior citizens will be there but hitel rooms were not arranged accordingly. In Shillong I got the room in 4th floor. Similarly the Sunset cruise On Brahmaputra river was not booked nor told me to book in advance. I had to call and remind and we couldn't find option in day 1, so had to move the cruise trip to 6th day. Overall it's a good experience but need some proactiveness from travel agent.

Overall it was very good service provided by the travel agent but there were some issues with the initial driver provided and some hotels were not looking like 4 star

Few activities promised by Agent like River Cruise was not given. Really not acceptable and highly unprofessional. Even Travel Triangle trip coordinator was not able to resolve the issue. Waterfalls, caves & rivers are awesome.

The entire process- right from getting quotations to chalking out the places to visit all was done keeping in mind our preferences and travel time. The itinerary suggested was wonderful and helped us explore the uncommon places in our North East trip. The 7 days just flew by - thanks to the seamless planning, hotel bookings and awesome itinerary! Special mention to Ms. Nikita Chauhan from Reify Travel Triangle (itvaar.com)- she just made the process absolutely seamless. And her personal care and attention to detail made us feel truly special. She was in constant touch with us right from the time we left our home till we reached back home- checking regularly on how our trip was going and our comfort in the accommodations. The level of personal attention was just truly touching. I would also like to mention the wonderful job that the driver- Mr. Nirmal Gogoi did. He ensured that he contacted us a day before and shared all his details to ensure a smooth pick up at the airport. He was well versed with the local spots and made sure that we did not miss any of the hidden gems of our route! He was very professional and polite and had very good driving skills. Great job Nikita, Nirmal and Reify- thank you for making our trip to the North East absolutely wonderful!

Trip was planned good with very good hotels. Nikitha was very reachable and used to help us in case of any issues or any feedbacks. She has done a great job in organizing the trip When we faced an issue with room allocation in rivar cottege, Nikitha and Gagan immediately helped us by giving an alternate room Driver was also very good, he stopped in best hotels for lunch and dinner. We indeed needed some more days to discover northeast in ease :-)

I recently booked a week-long trip to Meghalaya through the Travel Triangle. I have completed the trip and have come back home. It was a very good and splendid experience for us. We would like to thanks Ms. Nikitha Chauhan and Mr. Manoj from Reify. They planned the trip exceptionally well . We didn't face any discomfort at any part of the trip. The cab driver Mr. Dipan Malakar was also very cordial and helpful. We would really like to plan more trips through them. Below is my feedback: Hotel - 5/5 Cab - 5/5 Agent- 5/5 Although for the hotels, the only problem we faced sometimes is related to the breakfast timing. Breakfast was not available before 8:30 at many places; which was a problem in case we need it early. But other than that, we didnt face any issue. Travel agent was excellent, helped us in planning the best itinerary for our trip. Driver was skilled. However our travel rates for hotels were not reduced when changing the hotels to homestays due to non availability. Though the homestays were good their charges must have been definitely less. Clean stays

We had a great time, the car & driver were very good.. 3 stars for hotel & agent only because of the problem we faced in shillong hotel. They didnt have our reservation & we were made to wait for 2 hrs & then our room was down graded. Other than that our entire trip was good Elephant safari at kaziranga, caves in cherrapunji , dawki lake

This was my first booking with travel triangle through travel kutir.. first day (16 may 2024) was horrible.. bus driver was not picking up the phone at first and then giving false information about his arrival time.. we waited for 2.5 hrs at the airport itself.. bus was in just pathetic condition if we compare it value for the money I had paid.. smell, full of mosquito, cockroaches, torn seats, dust, leaking AC etc.. My CAB ratings are for first vehicle. Replaced vehicle was good. no issues but I had to follow up with Travel Kutir entire day and untill 9.30 pm. About hotels --> Cordial lodge breakfast was very late though we had requested for bit of early morning.. Ka bri war was best hotel amongst all. No complaint at all. Kalyaniz hotel was worst in terms of room allocation, room quality and service. There was no hot water in entire hotel.. had to do lot of follow up for hot water which delayed our temple visit plans. Getting non AC rooms at Manas shows how travel kutir works for customers.. i observed Travel kutir had no quality checks in place. At each occurrence I had to call multiple times to them and explain and everything.. most of time we group of 14 people had to adjust as travel kutir had no option or control in place.. Only positive about travel i would say is changing the vehicle on 2nd day of the travel..

He provide very good support through out and ensured we covered all planned destinations and additional spots wherever possible. He provided guidance wherever requested throughout the trip.
