Overall exp was good. Few points, post sales support needs improvement. When the airline suddenly rescheduled the trip resulting loss of one day, the services seems to respond that this is the problem was airline no sort of assurance that it is being worked out. Also when the travel itinerary was shared it was based on the old schedule. Till the last minute followed up for the revision it did not happen. Due to this the pick up for air port was incorrectly arranged so had to request for rescheduling with local contact. Local contact needs to be more accessible. Places of visit was very good.

The trip overall was really good, and we had a great time exploring the destinations. Thank you for organizing everything smoothly. Just a small suggestion—the hotel in Krabi felt a bit compact for a family room, and the air conditioning wasn’t working well, which did affect the comfort slightly. Also, since it was our first time visiting, it would have been really helpful if someone could have given us a brief about the key places we were going to see. The drivers were polite but not very communicative, which made it a little difficult to get information during the journey. That said, we truly enjoyed the experience and appreciate the effort your team put into making the trip memorable!

Overall good experience, Ashlee Heights hotel room was excellent but wifi and breakfast was poor, Apple a day was exceptionally good in all dept including breakfast. Top service was provided by Mr Limo, compare to other tour operators i thought our price was on a higher side

Everything was organized and executed as per the schedule. We faced only 1 issue. Our 4 Island trip in Krabi was cancelled just 3 days before the scheduled date by the agent due to EID holidays & the alternatives tours was quite expensive. This effected our other plans and we were forced to buy some tour locally for that day. We are satisfied with the rest of their service. Thanks.

We had good experience in krabi and hotel was also hood but the one in phuket was pathetic limited vegetarian options not even room were proper it felt claustrophobic.

Trip was good but hotels were not good enough. Also the hotel in krabi was in a very isolated place far from beach. The city tour was scheduled on first day, we confirmed with the driver for 3p.m but later they cancelled it for no reason.

Thailand- September 2019 Our trip to Thailand was for a duration of 6 days. In order to plan for it, we thought of reaching out to Tripoholic. Gaurav, from their team was assigned to plan our itinerary for the trip. He was of great help from the very beginning. We were provided with a variety of options to choose from, based on our budget. This enabled us to get the best for the price we paid. Once we reached Thailand, everything, from the airport and resort transfers to the activities that were scheduled for us was arranged in an excellent manner.
