We did a trip to Krabi and Phuket, and the whole experience can be classified in 2 parts- 1. Krabi- Hotel location excellent, cab service and driver support was very good and the trip to four islands was also fab. Overall it was a 10/10 experience. 2. Phuket- Now comes the sad part. (i) The hotel location was good but the rooms were not so good. They could have been better, or atleast we could have been intimated about the rooms, so that we could have upgraded it. (ii) The cab was never on time, and was minimum 20mins late. On the last day, when the driver was supposed to pick us up from the hotel and drop at the airport, he was 25mins late and then he came with another passenger, whom he introduced as the guide, but later that man turned out to be a co-passenger in our flight. The driver's behavior was also rude! (iii) Phi Phi island, we upgraded to a superior plan as offered by Travel Triangle itself, tuned out to be a waste. Waste worth 500 Baht. The boat just stopped for lunch for 30mins, at the famous Phi Phi Island, and we were not given any leisure time to enjoy and relax at the beach. The beach at which the time was given for 1hr to relax and enjoy, was full coral beach and you could just not step into the water, as it was full of corals and sea urchins!! (iv) Entire package only comprised of island tours and no local attractions, other that Fantasea Show. This should be improvised by Travel Triangle.

All the people who were not Indians and I had to with deal were good, polite and responsive. Their is one Indian Mr Dharmesh in Pataya who was responsible for my travel is a difficult man to deal with and is a unwilling service provider. He carried out his part of duty with lots of if’s and but’s and kept me on tenterhooks. The lady agent (Pum) in Phuket is very good. Amari was the best hotel I stayed out of the three. My personal suggestion:- please do not include Indians who are settled to work for you. They are cunning , unwilling and act least responsibly. They also suffer from some kind of inferiority/ superiority complex. I go for my foreign trips twice a year and always suffered when dealing with Indians in foreign countries. It was a memorable trip.

Breakbag holidays has a lot to improve in its services. We are not happy with way things shaped up. 1. For a traveller's to a foreign country, it would have been much reassuring to call the customer once they reach the place. 2. They dint take initiative from their side to share daily itinery. They were talking to us, only when we were calling them. 3. In our ticket, some personal details were wrongly entered and when we pointed it out they dint seem to take it seriously. 4. They could have done the e-visa for us, but they dint and we had to wait in queue to to get it done. 5. They were not willing to do the Thai pass and said that some person who does it will charge them money, hence they wont do it, but they agreed to do it only once we told them that they promised us that they will do it. Phuket is a beautiful place, very neat and the locals are very warm and friendly

Recently we went to Thailand (Pattaya (Coral Island), Phuket (Phi Phi Island & James Bond Island) & Bangkok (City Temple & Safari World)). Great experience booking with Navigatio Asia Holidays very co-operative even provided suggestions for the entire trip by Parul and even added a person on the last minute. Parul, Tarun and the entire ground team were very helpful and supportive throughout the trip. Updates were given on daily basis. In short everything was excellent. Thailand 08 th March 2019 Trip was of 10 days & was very well planned by the team.Hotels at Phuket(Chanalai Hillside),Pattaya(Rabbit Resort) & Bangkok(Eastin Grand hotel) were excellent.SIC tranfers were V.good for tour.Private transfers were good except one from Pattaya to Bangkok ,Mr.Amit was notified for same for better cab in private transfer,issue was resolved in next transfer got a decent cab for pick & drop.On site co-ordination with thai agents were good they provided all required support.Overall it was a memorable trip had an amazing time with the help of Mr. Amit & Mr. Ankit.Highly recommend J.Routers.

It was an average experience. 1>Hotel provided was out of the city with nothing around. 2>food arrangements should be done properly as per travel time of customer.for eg , we reached late night and there was no dinner arrangement at hotel nor was there any restaurant nearby 3>Additional money should not be taken if something is already mentioned in itinerary. 4>City tour was good but there was no lunch arrangement. 5>Overall quality of the package could have been improved. Phi phi island outing was memorable with proper guidance. Drivers were on time.

Hotel at Phuket centara blue marine is at good location but furniture and decor is very old ,not at all 4star level,and at breakfast also Indian food was missing

Ritwik helped a lot in personalizing the trip according to our need. Hotels were good the only disappointing part was the we were not able to reach out to the phi phi's Bay view hotel via phone. None of the numbers worked. Also, there was some miscommunication from agents to the hotel w.r.t the rooms. We had to wait a while drenched in the rain to get our rooms. All the agents were always available to help us out whenever we needed any help.
