              It was a good trip overall, but the hotel in Krabi was not upto the mark. We had to even buy a dental kit, it was not freely available, extra glasses if asked for were charged and there were lot of insects on the bed too and reptiles in the washroom, sunda resort. We were also suggested the speed boat for phi phi, but the crowd was really bad. For the cab ride on the same day, we had to wait for nearly 1.5 hours. Other than this, the trip was good. About the team, there was a lot of confusion initially as to who we had to speak to for anything. The best memory of my trip was Krabi, except the stay. The 4 island tour was superb.

They should just try to change the restaurant where they provide lunch in Safari world. But I think it's the only Indian restaurant there.               Parul was very patient and gave a lot of suggestions for the trip. While other agents lost their patience during the negotiation process which every customer expects and does, she stuck with me till the end and gave the best quotation possible. We had already been to thailand once earlier and we had seen everything necessary on that trip. So she recommended madame Tussauds wax musuem and sealife ocean world at Bangkok which turned out to be excellent, family loved the experience from both the places. Phi Phi and James Bond island was amazing. The only factor that we were not happy about was that the hotel room that was booked at Phuket did not have seaview which we had requested for. But in the end, we got the room that we wanted by demanding the people at the hotel directly two days after reaching there. Overall, It was an experience to remember and would highly recommend Navigatio. Thanks to Parul and team for everything!

              We had very good memories and we loved the entire trip. Pickup and drop times are as described. Srisuksant resort is good to stay and the staff over there are so welcoming. The worst experience we had in Phuket- the hotel rooms which was provided in Sea view paying resort was the worst. Some work was going on in the room and we asked Mr Roy ( onsite manager) to change the room or hotel but he didn't bother to update on that which was so negligence. And also we missed Simon cabaret show due to some misunderstanding of the time provided. We were actually supposed to pickup by 4:50 but due to misunderstanding we waited in lobby by 6 and the show was at 6. But Mr Roy didn't even bother to ask or informed that we were missed the show in whatup group which was so disappointing and neglected. I request Travel Triangle people not to arrange Mr Roy as the onsite manager for anyone. Travel triangle need to take complete care of the travellers who go through this agency Krabi- 4islands are beautiful and we had very good memories there.               Ashlee Hub hotel patong is excellent for its location and facilities. Rooms are large and hotel staff is courteous. Bankok D Varee xpress Makkasan is a very bad choice of hotel. Rooms are very small and stinky and AC is not comfortable. Its location is very bad due to flyover construction just besides it leading to heavy traffic jam and i dont suggest anyone for it. None of the tour coordiator in bangkok contacted us and kun Vicky is not at all reachable on his phone. Phuket stay and phi phi island visit
