We had an amazing time in turkey . Every thing was very well planned n hassle free. Hotels were good with amazing view but the rooms were bit small n tacky . We saw big rooms were available which you could have given us. Apart from that all was good . Cabs for site seeing in Istanbul n cappadocia were too comfortable n the guides were so information , professional n helpful. It was totally enjoyable trip for us. Had our best time ! Best things about the trip was hassle free transfers, super comfortable cabs n very very informative n helpful ground staff at turkey ( the tour guides )

While going across through the holiday blogs we were attracted to some of the most surreal pictures of Turkey and thats when we decided to plan our next holiday to Turkey rather than going to the usual holiday destinations closer to India. We explored the beautiful cities of Istanbul and Cappadocia and the experience was beyond words. The travel agent SVS Travels shortlisted through Traveltriangle made sure we had a smooth and hasslefree holiday which infact turned out to be as things were all well planned and well coordinated as soon as we landed in Turkey. Right from the hotel arrangements to the daily tours, everything was well planned and details were shared in advance without any followup or reminders. Though we couldn't do the hot air balloon due to weather conditions but instead the travel agent made sure we experience the ATV ride which was also quite adventurous. My family trip to Turkey w. e. f 28th Dec/2019 to 04.01.2020 customised by Travel Triangle indeed ended to our entire satisfaction except for the Mascara hotel ,Cappadocia which was earlier booked as a cave hotel was really not. However the services at the hotel were good. Also, the guide at Cappadocia did not take us to the unground city. I had foreign trips several times previously also customized by other travel agencies, like MMT, but in my opinion Travel Triangle is professionally more competent and prompt in their responses to customers as they complete all the formalities well in advance without giving any tension to the customers. I unhesitatingly recommend Travel Triangle to every one who opts to go for travel abroad. Well behaved people of Turkey, hotel services, hot air balloon ride at Cappadocia .

My trip was overall good one with a few hiccups here and there. For example, I was travelling solo in Turkey with a lot of domestic air travel and one of the flights selected for me was landing at midnight which i wasn't comfortable with. Also my visa was issued incorrectly and it had to be reissued once I was at the airport and waiting for my checkin. Also the international airline chosen was pathetic. This is something you expect from the travel agency that they highlight such things. For eg, my airline had no food being served, had I known this in advance, I would have chosen to fly another airline. However the good part was that my on ground daily tours were perfectly managed. The pick up & drops were timely, cabs were good and drivers punctual and well behaved.

We had a great time. The hotel, rooms, travel conveyance was very good. Just the vegetarian food availability was ok. Cruise during daytime. Cave hotels and amazing views.

I had a great trip to Turkey and was impressed with the arrangements made by the team for hotels, meals, excursions and trips during our vacation. The vehicles used throughout were impressive, large enough to suit our needs and were clean. The hotels and included meals were very good as well. Would definitely recommend our itinerary. The staff was very courteous, the guides were knowledgable and eager to share information and also very attentive to our questions and needs. The only bummer on the trip was the cancelation of hot air balloon ride which was dependent on weather. Rest all was absolutely perfect.

The planning and itinerary was good. The hotels are good. But beware of the shopping places that local guide takes you to. They scam tourists by selling at exorbitantly higher prices which can be found at reasonable prices in other markets. Especially, carpets, Zultanite stones, ceramics. Hot Air balloon.

I had got my flights, hotels & cab transfers booked from the PickYourTrail team. The hotels in Istanbul were the best comparing the rest of the trip's hotels. The experience in Antalya with the hotel & cabs were quite disappointing. The hotel's location was good but not the services offered in the hotel/room. We had issue with the cabs both ways - while dropping and picking up from the hotel. So I think pickyourtrail needs to work on their supppliers in Antalya bit more. Cabd and hotels in Istanbul & Cappadocia were great. Although, I wouldnt recommend the hotel we stayed in Goreme to anyone because the staff was really cold and not welcoming over there. One thing I liked out PickYourTrail was that they were happy to help everytime we needed them. They're quite dedicated to their customers and their customer happiness team (team which helps you while you''re on your vacation) was definitely very helpful and polite.

Abhishek at white rabbits really helped me planned my travel and gave good suggestions which catered to our needs and even helped with the last minute changes in the itinerary.
