I recently went on a vacation to Malaysia through Kushark Holidays and I had a good experience during my stay in Malaysia. I just had an idea to go to Malaysia and Sagar helped in making best out of the trip by suggesting go visit Langkawi and KL with 4 nights and 5 days. Ankush was very supportive during the trip and he was available for the call always (I would have called him more than 10 times in 5 days :D) he made sure I faced no hustle. I prefer Kushark Holidays for my future trips as well. Thank you Ankush and Sagar

1. Hotel charged us additionally for early check in and there were no room available in the category we booked. So we had to upgrade room by paying extra. It added cost to our trip than what we expected. 2. Timing was not as per the itinerary. 3. The agent was not helpful when there was a change in flight timings by the airline. They were not even reachable. They did not communicate the change in flight time though they had received the communication via email from the airlines. We had to rush to the airline counter and request to the change flight . 4. Communication was difficult with the drivers

Hello Rohini, As discussed in mail earlier, we got a very poor service agent Ms Ruchi Jain from Flying Feet. She add the invoice for mangrove tour in our itinerary but it was not arranged with local agent. Flying feet has mentioned that they will refund the extra amount taken for the tour. Overall this spolied the langkawi tour for us. Kuala Lumpur was better.

Good coordination throughout. Flights, transfers, and hotel bookings were handled well. Loved Langkawi beaches and KL nightlife. Minor delay during airport pickup, but overall a good experience.

Langkawi itinerary, hospitality, hotel and cab services was great. There was a small confusion about lunch in the itinerary but was dealt by the tour company in a very professional manner. So overall experience of langkawi was amazing. In Kuala Lumpur hotel would be better and same was with the itinerary. As the view from the hotel was just construction sites, rooms were extremely small with very small beds. Rooms were not at all sound proof and you can hear everything of the adjacent rooms. The places covered in the night tour were not clearly mentioned so there was confusion with the driver. Also the hospitality of the cab drivers in Kuala Lumpur was not satisfactory. Hence the experience of KL would have been much better.

Everything went well with the trip. The pick up for all sight seeing yours was on time and the pick up driver was very friendly. We I fact got a Tamil speaking driver which was so convenient. She helped us with all the sites and attractions in our leisure time apart from the tours mentioned in the package. Overall our experience was very good. Langkawi is such a beautiful place. We went to Chennai beach, cable car, sky bridge and many other attractions. The one thing I didn’t like was the cab was available till evening 6 only and we had to pay a huge fare for a vehicle which was too big for us (arranged by the driver) on one evening beyond 6 pm. It was unnecessary and we paid a huge fare for the van just for 2 people. It was not our mistake that no other vehicle was available. Why should we pay for the big vehicle? Other than that everything was fine. Better suggestions for restaurants could have been provided. Could have included a complimentary photo shoot which makes the package a lot more attractive. A perfect trip with Ascot Holidays. Although some hicups for the Airport pickups and baby Meals as promised. but it was all resolved by Mr. Akash. (Ascot travel) We had a dream travel with Travel Triangle , Ms Arzoo(Travel Triangle) was also well connected on phone and there was no co-ordination issue from any end. Hotel Rooms were decent, but the hotel services in KL for Hilton garden inn could be much better. Cabs and Tour group has provided a decent services.

We had a great trip to Malaysia. Holiday Matrix gave us a very good deal on our package. Our advisor Mr. Abhinav made all the necessary arrangements and accomodated our requests in the itinerary. He was available whenever required. The tours were well coordinated and all the drivers were nice. The tour operator even postponed our day trip when our internal flight got delayed. Just one thing, the hotel Hilton Garden Inn in Kuala Lumpur was not up to the mark and was no where a 4 star hotel. The tour of Malacca/Melaka was one of the highlights. Most people who go to Malaysia don't cover that but I think they should definitely visit. Its a small historic town which has preserved its ancient architecture and offers a refreshing perspective different from the usual.

Thanks HC travel. Special thanks to Hussain & Khudija...I went to Malaysia (Kulalumpur & Langkawi) in end of Sep-19 for 7 days with my wife and my small baby. I booked HC from TT and they were the one who gave me best rates. I was little concern in the start of the trip as I had a small kid with me. But everything worked & committed as per the itinerary. Hotels & rooms as per commuted Private trf and cabs were clean and drivers were driver cum guide kind. Pre booked tickets for site seeing were handed over to me on the day of travel & no issue of getting in queue for tickets. Driver were very punctual, not a single day delay. HC was in connect with me via WhatsApp & call in the whole tour, which gives me a sense of comfort, faith & trust. Thanks a lot. Will surely avail your services & will recommend u as well. I was particularly impressed by the harmonious coexistence of different cultural traditions, which is evident in the country's festivals, architecture, and cuisine. 2 *Efficient Transport*: Getting around Malaysia was quite convenient. The public transportation system, including trains and buses, was efficient and well-connected. Additionally, ride-hailing services were readily available and affordable.
