Hotels which were proposed by me were provided as desired and the itinery was well planned. But issue was in establishing communication with assigned coordinators There was never a pre-communication and I had to make the contact thru calls and whats app. when i approached airport for complete 2 hours I was running here and there but the coordinator lady was not available.

Ending the trip and hence leaving 1. The overall trip arrangement felt hastily put together as if at the last moment. 2. Most of the special instructions I had made were not addressed. I had put comfort and convenience as my top most priority as I was travelling with baby. Despite booking private transfers there were occassions where I had to wait for long durations and others where I was rushed and hurried by the local agency for the cab having to wait for 10-15 extra mins. There was a lot of miscommunication also. All this added to hastle. Trip start times were inconvenient and I had to change most of them, which did not impact the trips at all. This makes me wonder why the trips could not have been scheduled better at the first place. 3. The agency merely worked as an intermediary and entire arrangement was done by another local agency. This was not declared at first and rather the reverse was claimed. I would not have gone ahead with travelyatree had I known this. I have been on 3 international tours with traveltriangle agents. Thailand was probably the easiest to manage yet was the most subpar experience I had among the 3.

I will rate the trip as average. All the people we met during the trip were very nice and friendly. However, Problem started before even starting the trip when we were provided with final itinerary just a day before our travel that too late at night due to which we could not go through it. No local contact details were provided. The tour operator was not responding my calls a day before the trip. Information provided was not complete. We were travelling with 3 kids and our start of day was planned at 0500 in the morning which was not possible for us to catch. Hotel in phuket was good but hotel in bangkok was below average. Also, 2 different kind of rooms were booked for both families travelling together and we had to pay extra at the hotel to get similar category rooms. Also, extra bed for kid was not provided in bangkok hotel for which we again had to pay extra. Our visit to safari and marine world as per our schedule was supposed to be a full day trip but as per local agent, it was booked as an 8 hrs trip which was insufficient to see the park and we had to leave some of our shows.

Everything was nice in Phuket, really nice and Miss Pum reallydid a great job. You could have added Buddhist temple at Phuket. As per your Bangkok side, Guidance was not that good and drivers for both were too good. Atleast you could have guided sight seeing of palace which is worth while and Siam Park too. Addition of these may have taken a day extra, we missed the fun. We saw the Golden Buddha which was not in the itenary. On the whole the trip was good. Ofcourse there was a bargain in rates these places should have been mentioned . May be we lost these in the bargain . But was happy in over all trip Phuket Fanta sea was mind blowing, superb. Your cruise trip to phi phi island was good Bangkok Safari and zoo was nice.

Yes we enjoyed the trip , there were still few downfalls 1. Elephant sanctuary we had asked for elephant care, the one we expected was the ‘pon Thailand sanctuary‘ where we can bath with the elephants in their natural habitat and take a dip in the waterfalls (we didn’t want to do elephant riding /oxen cart riding since we fry guilty riding on the elephants it was struggling ,so we were disappointed a bit . 2. ⁠dinner cruise we actually wanted to do a peaceful cruise with Thai cultural dance but the cruise was overflowing with so many Indians and the dinner was a mess , they treated us like a herd of goats . There was no Thai dance or continental buffet the cruise was chaotic 3. ⁠chiang mai - the temple we visited - they charged 1500baht with return, the journey was some 40 min +40 min up and down the hill. We felt it was very expensive maybe we should have booked a ‘bolt ‘car. 1500baht was too much. Ms.nai could have asked us to take bolt instead but she pushed us to make a decision quickly and take the van . 3. ⁠the safari world was too too crowded some 1500 people in all the shows couldn’t get a place to sit and the lunch was so bad , again in general no hospitality it was like a big mandap with dirty buffet. But this was not anybody’s mistake , it’s just the place in general which is bad. 4. ⁠ms Jane was a terrible coordinator .. 5. ⁠Bangkok in general very bad hospitality I think they hate Indians since the place was filled with crowded Indians. Baiyokesky first day breakfast was not that good. Coming to the The good parts : 1. Phuket was beautiful , the resort , activities etc were fab. Ms pum was a great coordinator . She helped us as much as she could getting good deals everywhere and making us chose the best activities shopping spa etc. 2. ⁠chiang mai we loved the resort it was a proper nature retreat , the food was good night bazaar etc was good . The guide to the elephant sanctuary and orchid gardens was good he guided us well but we didn’t fully like the itinerary for the day like I mentioned before. 3. ⁠Bangkok- the van safari was fantastic .. loved seeing the animals in very pleasant natural habitats.. the orangutan , dolphin shows were good. Shopping in Bangkok was also good.

Every thing was perfect except no driver in my whole trip could understand English and Drivers were in extreme hurry to push us to finish the site seeing and wanted to drop us back to hotel and get done with their Job. Ashlee Hub hotel patong is excellent for its location and facilities. Rooms are large and hotel staff is courteous. Bankok D Varee xpress Makkasan is a very bad choice of hotel. Rooms are very small and stinky and AC is not comfortable. Its location is very bad due to flyover construction just besides it leading to heavy traffic jam and i dont suggest anyone for it. None of the tour coordiator in bangkok contacted us and kun Vicky is not at all reachable on his phone. Phuket stay and phi phi island visit
