                    The hotels Kanaka chose were very good. When we were not happy with one of the hotels, he helped to change the next day. He had included the dinner as well in the package and hence the deal was really value for money. The driver could have been better, was lacking local contacts.                     I must accept the fact here that before proceeding on this trip I was a bit worried due to ongoing situation out there and what I have been seeing and reading in media but when I landed in there it was one of best holidays I have ever had. I should say that if anybody wants to visit Sri Lanka and they are sceptical about it due to ongoing situation there so they must be rest assured that tourism is not at all affected in there and all tourism activities are going on without any interruption. I found Sri Lanka as a place where people are so nice and generous and whatever the protests are going on are only against the government and are more or less peaceful. And for the people who are worrying about fuel and electricity so I must tell them that they should not be worrying about it since I noticed fuel is only an issue in Colombo and the more you go inside the country the problem is not that much, Evan I saw so many fuel stations in Nuwara Eliya and Yala with hardly any queues and whenever there is a power cut, the hotels are well equipped with backup generators with fuel. Now coming to my point to point experience. I must say that Mr. Prasanna is so professional and he arranged everything for us and we did not require to worry about anything. Also, special mention to our driver Mr. Bandara who is a gem of a person and is a very humble and polite guy. He was always on time and his driving skills are the best. Hotels in Colombo and Yala could have been better as both the hotels doesn't fit into the category of 4 or 5 star as per my understanding. Hotels in Kandy and Bentota were the best. Overall it was a fantastic experience visiting Sri Lanka and I would recommend every one to visit this beautiful country once in their lifetime. Thanks

                    This was my second trip with travel triangle and this is my first International trip. Hassle free arrangements are made by travel triangle & Direct Link. Driver Mr. Haris was excellent person with good communication skills and he is very polite and the cab was very neat and Clean. He make our trip more memorable. Hotels Booked in Kandy, Nuwarliya & kalutara are up to the mark. The only Concern we faced in Kalutara was, Hotel asked 50$ additional for Child accommodation and conveyances. Even though we paid the entire amount before departure . Travel triangle trip guide also not helped on this and he asked us to pay. But, we denied to pay additional amount after several discussions with Direct link . Finally, they agreed to pay that amount. Especially those who are travelling with child, Be careful while receiving quote from travel triangle and double check whether the offered price includes your child accommodation and meals. Overall it was pleasant trip with good fond of memories. Thank you travel triangle.

                    * Very Good experience from day of Arrival to departure. especially the chauffeur cum Guide Mr.Shivantha is very kind,supportive, very caring person take care of my kids,we had Safe Driving and journey covering places mentioned in Trip Itenary. * Vehicle condition may be improved, struggled some times in carrying us in Hill place , some times switched off AC. This is minor. * Hotels which are Booked as family rooms but it's extra cot in Double bed room.This may be improvement point , But they are not 3 star category(Kandy). * But Rooms Booked in Nuwera eliya and Benatota are Family rooms especially Glory Bush Service is excellent , Rohi and Team are very Kind enough very Good Service by the Team, Food prepared quality and preference. * Bentota the resort is out of city but excellent location and place we shall spend time for a day * Service of Arjun and Team in Laluna eco resort is excellent. * But disappointed to spend time in Beaches.. Great experience at first time along with family. * Mangrove Island Safari at Bentota * Elephant Orphanage at Pinnawala * Baktha Hanuman Temple at Ramboda, especially Good south indian food served by Annapoorni Hotel placed in that temple. * Seetha temple at Nuwara eliya.

                    It was a wonderful trip organized by direct link. All hotels were good except the hotel at Nuwara Eliya. It did not provided good services and breakfast was horrible. We just had omelette and bread for breakfast. This is not the service expected from a four star hotel.

                    Made a trip to Sri Lanka using the services of Travel Triangle. I may try their services again, if I am planning to travel to countries which I am not familiar enough to plan my own itinerary. Through Travel Triangle I received only two quotes, and I was able to negotiate a better price after using the quotes from various agencies. I did not use Travel Triangle services to book my air line tickets. I did receive SMS alerts from mobile phone providers through Travel Triangle but I got a much better deal when I approached mobile service provider -Dialog- directly. Daya Holidays Pvt. Ltd was my chosen travel planner in Sri Lanka. The itinerary was made after consulting me and understanding my travel preferences, and I appreciate M/s Daya Holidays for that. Considering that I prefer staying in cooler areas and enjoy train rides, the plan was changed for a two night stay in Nuwara Eliya. The driver and car was waiting for us even though we landed at the airport at around 0500Hrs. Mr. Dilan was our assigned driver & guide, and he did an excellent job. Helping us get a mobile connection, leading us to good hotels serving Sri Lankan food all the way and finally to ensure that we could make a comfortable journey in the Nanu Oya to Ella train; Mr. Dilan was a great help to us. He was always ready on time and kept up his pleasant demeanor all through out our trip. Daya Holiday's choice of hotels would be one area which would require improvement. Our itinerary involved two night stay at Nuwara Eliya and the hotel accommodation provided to us was not that great. The 'three star' (!?) hotel was more like a home stay or youth hostel, with limited facilities. The first room alloted to us was really big, but the bathroom emanated foul smell. On my insistence the hotel gave me another room, which was a small. The room did not even have a single cupboard or cloth hangers in place! No toiletries were provided and upon my insistence a runner was sent to the town to buy soaps. The saving grace was that the hotel provided very good views from its balcony. Accommodation at Kandy and Bentota was quite good. La Luna resort at Bentota would be the best accommodation we had in our trip, but unfortunately it was for just a night.
