The package and all 6 days were planned nicely, However out of 5 stay , bentota , nuwara eliya , sirgriya this stay hotel and staff was outstanding including food as well. Rest of the Colombo stay was ok. And the kendy stay is worst. Nuwara eliya city and sirgriya hotel i will not be able to forgot for my whole life, I would suggest to include this 2 place and hotel for all the people who is visiting Sri Lanka.

1. Harshini and Ravishi made the trip memorable for us and they made sure our travel was smooth such that they made all arrangements in time. Would strongly recommend everyone to book your trip through Udani Holidays. 2. The vehicle, the driver and the stay arrangements were good except at Nuwara Elliya since the hotel staff at Lake view comfort bungalow were not friendly and the breakfast they served had only 3 items of south indian i.e. idli, vada and dosa. our driver Chamika was good but had limited knowledge as a historical guide. 3. Our last day stay was at colombo which was on a saturday and we were not informed that all offices and national museum are closed for half day on saturdays. Our driver informed that he will start at 2 p.m. since the city tour was only for 3 hours which made us miss the national museum. Would advise others to enquire about this sort of issues in advance to avoid time and opportunity loss as one can go around on their own and roam around the city. Other than this , the entire trip was fantastic.

Everything mentioned in the package was to the point as agreed. Hotels, places, cab, driver, timings were all as per our requirement considering we have an infant. During the trip Ravisha (Udani tours) was easily available for any queries and assistance. Here is my comments Minus: 1. Some places are still closed or partially closed due to COVID, so the tour operator should pre inform or remove them from the itinerary to save traveling time. Floating market and Lotus tower for example, none the less i enjoyed Colombo for its cleanliness and pollution free environment. 2. Driver needs to improve his English for better communication on future trips. Provided his communication was better we would have managed better movement Plus 1. My accommodation in Bentota was booked as a sea view room and i did not get that. I spoke to Ravisha and immediately she was able to give me the same category room in a hotel near by which was according to me a better one. Really impressed with the quick response. 2. Driver was polite and friendly which made us feel comfortable throughout the trip. 2 hotels had hot water issues. Possibly due to COVID hotel readiness might not be 100%.

We went for a 5 nights 6 days trip to Sri Lanka and Minoshaa from Romano Lanka took care of literally everything about the trip. The few things which needed to be taken care of in Sri Lanka itself like entry tickets to orphanage or cultural show etc, Prabudda, who was our 24*7 guide, helped in everything. We are extremely satisfied with the service and guidance we got from Prabudda in Sri Lanka, while Minoshaa was constantly available over WhatsApp whenever we needed anything. We have covered 5 places - Sigiriya, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Mirissa and Bentota. Very nice hotels were chosen, Minoshaa understood our choice and requirements perfectly. One must experience the train ride in Sri Lanka, it's truly the most beautiful! We planned the trip only with 2 weeks in hand, still Minoshaa took care of all our requirements and managed the whole trip so nicely! Thanks a lot Romano Lanka and team to take care of everything and make our anniversary trip so memorable. The train ride from Nuwara Eliya to Mirissa. And Nuwara Eliya day tour.

It was a great experience...lavish resort in sigiriya and nelinsa in kandy were very good and food was delicious.... daffodil in nuwara was good as well...though there was but of communication problem with the staff...they were not so fluent in English and we cudnt decipher what they said.....in bentota...green shadow beach resort was a let down....it was not in bentota but far away, food was not that good and they kepttheir best rooms for other people who were yet to pay for their accomodation as we had already paid full amount we were not given the good rooms ...they do have a personal beach so that's only solace and a very pet friendly hotel....but all said this hotel couldn't match the other in terms of infrastructure and service. Mr Mendis our driver through travco was an absolute delight..... highly recommend him and hotels lavish resort in sigiriya and nelinsa in kandy and daffodil in nuwara....Mr Mendis went out of his way to get jackfruit for me and was a very smooth driver and gave us a great tour......his smile is infectious and always makes it a point to stop at great restaurants for lunch as well......again highly recommend him....

Overall the experience is good !!! One thing which we had an issue is with the food - breakfast at hotels , despite clearly instructing to the travel agent - it was not spoken to hotel for proper vegetarian food !! The food quality in all hotel except taj was not good !!! Enjoyed all the sceneries !!!!

Nadeesh from N tours had serviced our requirement . The trip was enjoyable with many great memories, however there were a few drawbacks as my travel driver cum guide , skipped a few of the sights and didn’t realise ‘guide for sightseeing ’ Was included in the trip cost. He also changed the driver in between the tour , with someone who was still learning . Hotel arrangements and attention to details were done right , over all trip was satisfactory.

Won't recommend crimson voyages at all. Very poor collaboration with hotels. The service doesn't pick the call or call back after receiving the full payment. Doesn't listen to you at all. Nurshida was my travel agent. Though the cab driver was very good.

Car: 2012 model, but in good condition. Has not given any trouble. AC was comfortable. Though the seats are just OK, some more comfortable seats may be appreciated. Guide Cum driver: An amazing person. Anyone will like to travel with him. Very cooperative, understanding the needs and even went out of the way to make the tour comfortable and enjoying one. We feel he needs to get more information to be a great guide. (ex) he is not aware of Sigiriya water garden and importance of water management system and also the museum. Inspite of his short comings (ex) neither he is fluent in English nor Tamil he manages well and we would sure to ask for him for our next trip and recommend him to our friends and family. Thank you KUMAR. Hotels: Though they are away from town (except Concord Grand) they had beautiful surroundings and they are nice to rest for the night. Neem Villas doesn’t have intercom in the room to contact reception and no Wifi. Wifi is available only in dining area and is not nearby. But the hut was comfortable. Food: Except in Nelinsa Kandy which is more continental is good for us though not fantastic. It was more than compensated by lunch thanks to Kumar’s choice. Sightseeing: Thanks to Kumar, he is able to program and took us to important and historical places which we cherish. Exception is the Spice Garden where they simply looted us. Recommend to avoid that place. Overall: A Verywell organised tour. Thank you Trips. lk and Travel Triangle. All the places associated with epic Ramayana and adorable Buddhist Viharas. We are amazed at Hindu temples displaying Buddha and Buddhist Viharas displaying Hindu Gods! All the places we visited are memorable. If you want us to single out only one, then it should be our KUMAR!

I am very happy with the services that Ceylon Trips and Tramps made for my parents. The driver cum guide udyanga was very polite and cooperative and made them feel as comfortable as family. Special mention to him. The iterniery as mentioned was almost covered everyday. The hotels booked were all good, except the one night at bentota where due to the change in the plan there was a lot of time wasted in searching for a new hotel and was exhaustive. The car was comfortable gave a leisurely feel on travel. Overall you guys made the trip cherishable and memorable, thank you very much. I definitely have many more people planning to visit srilanka and will suggest your agency for the same. Points where you can improve, 1. Entrance fee as a part of the package as it's cumbersome to deal with the bookings each time. 2. Keeping better communication regarding the payments, and other such formalities to prevent any hassle. 3.
