Moreover, her proactive approach extended to coordinating the seamless web check-in process for our flights, alleviating any potential travel-related stress. Considering the diverse demographics of our group, which included several senior citizens and a large family, Jenna astutely crafted an itinerary that struck the perfect balance between exploration and relaxation. Her flexibility in accommodating the varying needs and preferences of our group members ensured that the trip was enjoyable without being overly demanding. We had booked a family vacation to Vietnam during Mar, 2023, which was organized by Ms. Rossie of Asia Authentic Travel company. It was a well organized trip which was efficiently managed by Rossie. All the hotel bookings, car and bus bookings, English speaking guides, cruise booking at Ha Long, each and everything were excellently managed keeping in mind our airport transfers. We are really thankful to Ms. Rossie for support in making our trip memorable.

We loved our trip.....it was beyond my expectations.... Junie planned our trip to the T...hotels were bang in the heart of the city.....the cabs, sightseeing all were planned impeccably. every thing went like a song.

We had a very good 10 day Vietnam trip. Our trip planner Ms Hana has been superb and was in constant touch throughout the trip. She helped us whenever any support was required. She also accepted some changes we requested a day earlier to a particular sight seeing. We would recommend highly recommend her. There were few things I would like to mention about the trip. Few of the hotels especially the one in the Ho chi Minh have very small rooms, the planner should have not recommended those. We should be given option to pay more and get better hotels. The Google reviews are misleading for some of the hotels. Also please avoid the sight seeing in Ho chi Minh City. It is not good especially for Indian tourist.

We would like to Thank Junie from Asia authentic for her all time support and patience. U can blindly trust her words. We had a nice trip but it was hectic. I guess it will be better if u give little more details and a leisure day for shopping and u guys only take for shopping as we will be new to the place. Few hotels were good and few were not tat great. I guess if u guys can give some suggestions while planning the itinerary it will be great. And in Sunworkd if u guys give little more time than just 2 hrs it will be good. Thank u. We had nice time in hanoi, Halong and Danang. I personally didn’t like Ho Chi Minh much. We missed spending an evening in Hoi an which was the best part of trip but can’t help happens. Our flight got rescheduled so we missed an evening in Hoi an. Overall it was good

Vietnam agency was awesome. Always ahead of us and details were shared before time without any follow ups. Huge shout out for Huyen Pham (our SPOC) - she was exceptional - she ensured trip was enjoyed at the most without being worried for pickup, drop , hotel check-in etc.

We had a 7 day family trip of 8 adults and 2 kids with svietnam travels. Our travel agent Jenna was great and very helpful. However, there were a few shortcomings. Overall rating of 3.5/5 Pros 1. The travel agent was very helpful and coordinate with us through out 2. Vietnam is a fantastic country and people are very polite and helpful. The places are scenic and tourism is very well regulated 3. All tours were on time and as per what was promoted on photos Cons 1. We took a 5 star overnight ambassador cruise and 5 of us ended up with food poisoning. Although promoted as a luxury cruise, the quality of food seems suboptimal. 2. The English speaking guides at few places hardly spoke any English 3. One of the hotels had broken plumbing without hot water for 2 days !!!

When we (as a family) thought of visiting Vietnam & Cambodia we had not much idea how to plan the places and where we need to start. Enter Hannah (from Viet Aurora Travel) who was simply amazing to chart out a decent itinerary for us. Hannah is a lovely human being and her passion and sincerity in providing us support with the entire itinerary is truly commendable. Our itinerary covered Hanoi to Halong Bay to Ho Chi Minh. Thereafter to Cambodia (Angkor Wat, Tonle Sap and other wonderful temple tours). We had requested for multiple changes, adjustments, queries, lot of clarifications and Hannah was simply patient and very very prompt to answer every questions. Not only she designed a super itinerary but did follow-ups each time and ensuring there we no hurdles at any point of our journey. For example when we had to start very early in the morning for a tour visit, Hannah had called up the Hotel authorities and packed breakfast for us. This kind of commitment and service were fantastic. The tour guides, the hotels, cabs that were chosen were excellent. More than the scenic places, its the people and their warm culture that made us feel very comfortable and memorable. Special mention to tour guides (Mr. Chung in Halong bay), Ms. Tweny (Cu-Chi, Mekong delta) and Mr. Khoun Vuthy (entire Cambodia) who was a gem of a person. Thank you Travel Triangle, this is my second experience with you and you have not disappointed. Thank you once again for creating wonderful memories for my family.

My whole trip was well planned and executed except the hotel in Ho Chi Minh Which was not good. I appreciate Rossie for all the great arrangements. Everything is best except my stay in Ho Chi Minh. Room was untidy , no cleaning, suffocated small room
